| With the rapid growth of the digital economy,there is intense competition in the communication industry.In order to prevent losing competitiveness in the fast-changing industry,enterprises should absorb and retain a large number of knowledge-driven employees to maintain the vigor and vitality of the enterprise.Therefore,more and more companies have started to pay attention to the management of knowledge-driven employees,and the motivation for knowledge-driven employees has become one of the key elements of enterprise human resource management.The present paper takes the knowledge-driven employees of China Mobile(GY)as its research object,clarifies their actual motivational situation,analyzes the motivation mechanism,and proposes effective optimization strategies as well as guarantee measures.As a large enterprise engaged in the communication and technology industry,knowledge-driven employees have gradually become the core competitiveness of the company.In the preliminary research,the author reviewed numerous relevant literature materials both at home and abroad and referred to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Two-Factor Theory and ERG Theory to establish the theoretical framework for the paper.To conduct the research,this paper focuses on three dimensions of material motivation,goal motivation and spiritual motivation,using both in-depth interview and questionnaire methods to explore and analyze the current state of knowledge-driven employee motivation in the company.Through in-depth investigation and analysis,it is found that although China Mobile(GY)has established a relatively mature knowledge-driven employee motivation system,there are still many shortcomings.In this regard,this paper determines the overall goal and design principles of the incentive optimization plan for knowledge-driven employees of China Mobile(GY),and formulates the corresponding incentive optimization plan with the overall goal and design principles as the guide.In conjunction with real-world settings,measures are proposed to ensure the optimal implementation of the optimization program.The research results of this paper improve the incentive program for knowledge-driven employees of China Mobile(GY).It provides an effective reference for the incentive of knowledge-driven employees in the same type of enterprises,which is conducive to improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,helping them to maintain the vigor and vitality and playing a positive role in their sustainable development. |
