As one of the largest fruits planted in Guizhou Province,plum has the characteristics of less brands,more varieties,and more retail farmers.A farmers’ professional cooperative is located in the suburbs of Guiyang,with a good geographical location and environment,and has leading agricultural product planting technology."Guizhou Crispy" late maturing plum is the main characteristic agricultural product brand of A Farmers’ Professional Cooperative,which has the characteristics of off-season listing and good quality.However,the plum market competition is fierce,and "Guizhou Crispy" late maturing plum products are facing greater competition pressure.It is of great practical significance to develop product competition strategies to enhance the core competitiveness of A Farmers’ Cooperative and drive local development.Through the analysis of the relevant literature and theories of the competitive strategy,this paper uses the methods of literature research,field interviews,comparative analysis,case studies,and other methods,and uses PEST analysis,Porter’s Five Forces Competition Model,EFE matrix,IFE matrix and other analysis tools to comprehensively analyze the external and internal environment of farmers’ professional cooperatives A,and quantitatively determines the implementation of the differentiated competitive strategy through the QSPM matrix.Through research,this paper aims to provide a differentiated competitive strategy for the "Guizhou Crispy" late-maturing plum products of farmers’ professional cooperative A,strengthen the guarantee of organizational structure,social benefits,human resources,product supply,capital and finance,and enhance the core competitiveness of farmers’ professional cooperative A in the "Guizhou Crispy" late-maturing plum industry market by implementing programs such as brand differentiation,product differentiation,sales channel differentiation,and service differentiation,Promote the sustainable development of the late maturing plum product in the market.
