Study On The Evolution Of Symbiotic Relationship Of Agricultural Production Trustees

Agricultural production trusteeship is an innovative production mode,which is a powerful form to help China’s small farmers effectively connect with modern agriculture.However,with the continuous development of agricultural production trusteeship,the two main bodies of agricultural production trusteeship,namely farmers and trusteeship service organizations,due to the different pursuit points of core interests,value systems and the degree of mastery of resources,their contradictions have become more and more exposed,seriously affecting the trust and cooperation between farmers and trusteeship service organizations.It is of great practical significance to build and analyze the symbiotic relationship between the main body of agricultural production trusteeship to help establish a harmonious and stable cooperative relationship between the two and achieve long-term win-win results.In view of this,this thesis takes the main body of agricultural production trusteeship as the research object,and uses literature analysis method,mathematical model and computer simulation,case study method and other methods to study the symbiotic relationship between farmers and trusteeship service organizations.On the basis of theoretical foundation and literature review,this thesis firstly analyzes the symbiotic mechanism of agricultural production trusteeship subjects,makes a practical investigation of China’s agricultural production trusteeship,makes a conceptual definition and preliminary analysis of symbiotic relationship between subjects,and elaborates the theoretical logic of the formation of the symbiotic relationship between the agricultural production trusteeship subjects.Secondly,the Lokta-Volterra model of the symbiosis evolution of farmers and trusteeship service organizations was built,and MATLAB software was used to simulate the symbiosis evolution of farmers and trusteeship service organizations under different symbiotic modes such as parasitic symbiosis,partial symbiosis,and reciprocal symbiosis,and the factors influencing the symbiotic evolution of the two subjects were also discussed.Finally,based on the case analysis of the symbiosis examples of Baixin Cooperative and local farmers in Luan County,Hebei Province,a symbiotic evolution mechanism with a certain universal agricultural production trustee was constructed by sorting out the process of its symbiosis evolution.It is concluded from the above research:(1)Farmers and trusteeship service organizations will form three symbiotic modes of parasitic symbiosis,partial benefit symbiosis and reciprocal symbiosis in different symbiotic environments,and the three models have the characteristics of dynamic evolution;(2)The equilibrium result of the symbiotic evolution of farmers and trusteeship service organizations depends on the symbiotic coefficient between the two.Parameters such as initial scale and natural growth rate cannot decisively affect the final equilibrium result of symbiotic evolution;(3)Farmers and trusteeship service organizations can reach the optimal development state only in the reciprocal symbiosis mode;(4)In order to promote the symbiotic development of agricultural production trusteeship,it is necessary to optimize and improve the organization of agricultural production trusteeship,establish and improve the interest connection mechanism of symbiotic subjects,and focus on building a trusteeship industrial system with the participation of multiple parties.
