"New Infrastructure" Boosts The Industrial Development Research In Inner Mongolia

At present,China is in an important period of transformation from rapid economic development to high-quality development.Strengthening the construction of new infrastructure plays an important role in accelerating the deep integration of information technology with the real economy and facilitating the transformation and upgrading of the real economy.Inner Mongolia is an important energy base and a production and processing base of agricultural and livestock products in China,but it is relatively backward in terms of scientific and technological innovation and industrial upgrading.As an important engine for the development of the real economy,"new infrastructure" has important strategic significance for promoting the high-quality development of Inner Mongolia economy.Under the background of strengthening the "new infrastructure",this paper is based on the Marxist political economy theory,using the contradiction analysis,comparative analysis method,combining qualitative and quantitative research methods,discusses the problems existing in the industrial development in Inner Mongolia,and put forward to "new infrastructure" booster the countermeasures of industry development in Inner Mongolia.First of all,the relationship between"new infrastructure" and the industrial development of Inner Mongolia was summarized on the basis of literature combing,and Marx’s economic principles on labor materials,division of labor,cooperation and machine mass production were taken as the theoretical basis of the research,and the profound connotation,main characteristics and practical ideas of"new infrastructure" were clarified.Secondly,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is used to analyze the current situation and industrial development of the new infrastructure construction in Inner Mongolia,and to explore the internal mechanism of"new infrastructure" to boost the industrial development in Inner Mongolia.Again,with the background "new infrastructure",respectively,the Inner Mongolia first,second and third industry development problems facing the study,and analyze the reasons,points out that Inner Mongolia farming and animal husbandry management mode is relatively backward,industrial economic growth point is not clear,inadequate development of modern service industry,etc.,is an important factor limiting the development of high quality in Inner Mongolia economy.Finally,on the basis of problem analysis,in view of the industrial development of Inner Mongolia,three times by strengthening new infrastructure construction,boost the industrial development in Inner Mongolia,mainly including accelerating agriculture digital transformation and agricultural electric business platform construction,promote innovation resources network flow and integrated technology innovation platform construction,give full play to the industrial new model for the leading role of the third industry,etc.In short,through the study of the boosting role of "new infrastructure" on the industrial development in Inner Mongolia,the connotation of the theoretical research of "new infrastructure" is further enriched,and it has certain theoretical and practical significance for the research of the industrial development in Inner Mongolia."New infrastructure" is an important strategic choice for Inner Mongolia to adapt to the new round of scientific and technological and industrial transformation,and is a new driving force for Inner Mongolia to achieve high-quality economic development.
