Study On The Impact Of Household Owned Agricultural Machinery And Land Transfer On The Planting Structure Of Farmers

Food security is related to the overall situation of national stability and development,and is also the foundation for building an agricultural power.When Chinese agricultural production has entered a new period dominated by mechanization,it is of great significance to clarify the impact of agricultural mechanization on food production to stabilize the overall situation of national food security.This paper selects the farmer’s household-owned agricultural machinery which is the important part of the agricultural mechanization system as the research object,and uses the sample data of the national rural fixed observation point of the Ministry of Agriculture from 2009 to 2015 to explore the influence of the farmer’s household’s own agricultural machinery on the planting structure of the farmer’s household,and further explores the effect of farmland circulation on the influence mechanism between the farmer’s own agricultural machinery and the farmer’s planting structure with the help of the moderating effect model.The results show that:(1)the level of farmers’ own agricultural machinery will negatively affect the proportion of food crops planted in the planting structure of farmers;(2)The transfer of farmland in(out)will enhance(weaken)the influence of household-owned agricultural machinery on the proportion of food crops planted in the planting structure of farmers,and the circulation of farmland has a regulating effect.(3)Family-owned agricultural machinery and agricultural machinery socialization services have their own strengths and complement each other.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper proposes:(1)optimize the subsidy policy for the purchase of agricultural machinery,and guide individual farmers to adjust the planting structure according to local conditions;(2)Strengthen the local management of the circulation of agricultural land,and appropriately regulate the use of the transferred land;(3)Develop and expand the overall scale of agricultural mechanization service organizations,focus on accelerating the cultivation of high-quality agricultural machinery service subjects,enrich the scope of agricultural machinery socialization services,and build a three-layer diversified agricultural machinery service network with agricultural machinery households,cooperatives and service companies as the main body.
