With the advent of the innovation-driven economic era,innovation has become a weapon to lead enterprise development and participate in market competition.In the innovation-driven economic era,employees have become the main body of organizational innovation.The diverse and personalized creative thinking and innovative behavior of employees will Provide a source of continuous innovation for enterprises.As the quintessence of the traditional culture of the Chinese nation,the golden mean thinking plays an important and positive role in promoting the development of enterprises.As the traditional way of thinking of the Chinese nation,the golden mean deeply influences and guides the behavior and norms of the Chinese people,and has a direct or indirect influence on their innovative behaviors.In view of this,this article explores the influence of the mean thinking on innovation behavior based on the Chinese cultural background,and introduces knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable,trying to provide a new research perspective for the mean thinking on employee innovation.This article summarizes the current research status in related fields at home and abroad,defines the concepts of doctrine of the mean,knowledge sharing,and innovative behavior,expounds the relationship between doctrine of the mean,knowledge sharing,and innovative behavior;summarizes the reasons that affect employees’ doctrine of the mean and innovative behavior,and draws the conclusion This paper analyzes the influence of the average thinking of employees on the innovation behavior,and puts forward a research hypothesis.Through a questionnaire,a questionnaire survey was issued to 200 employees in 7 companies to draw conclusions.The variables,dependent variables,and intermediary variables were selected to make the conclusions.A simulated empirical analysis showed that the three dimensions of the mean thinking are positively correlated with innovative behaviors,and the golden mean thinking to stimulate innovation behavior requires first of all,the golden mean thinking and knowledge sharing,and there is a close relationship between the two,and knowledge sharing It has a certain intermediary effect on the doctrine of the mean and innovative behavior.Therefore,this research has certain theoretical and practical guiding significance for companies to continuously strengthen the ideological connotation of Chinese traditional culture of the golden mean thinking,and better use the golden mean thinking,so as to stimulate employees’ innovative behavior and improve the company’s innovation ability.
