Digital transformation has completely changed the way of interaction and collaboration between employees and organizations.The role of leaders is also changing significantly.Leaders with the main characteristics of equality,sharing and empowerment are very important to the digital innovation of enterprises.The new leadership style of platform leadership takes equality and sharing as the core connotation,and meets the expectations of employees to realize learning and growth in the organization and participate in the innovation and development of the enterprise more deeply.Because employee innovation is the key to whether enterprises can realize digital transformation,leaders must change and innovate in management style to adapt to the increasingly equal and fuzzy relationship between employees and organizations,so as to stimulate employees’ innovative behavior.Therefore,whether platform leaders can stimulate employees’ innovative behavior is a question worthy of in-depth exploration.At present,in the research on the antecedent variables of employees’ innovative behavior,the personal style of leaders is regarded as an factor that can have an important impact on employees’ innovative behavior.In the context of the continuous rise of individual value,employees call for an equal network relationship between the organization and themselves.The impact of platform leadership aimed at shaping mutual growth and benign interactive relationship on employees’ innovative behavior has become a hot spot in the field of organization and management.Although some scholars have preliminarily explored the relationship between platform leadership and employees’ innovative behavior,the internal mechanism of how platform leadership influences employee’ innovative behavior is very complex,and the current research has not fully and deeply described the mechanism,boundary and conditions of platform leadership affecting employees’ innovative behavior..Based on the social exchange theory,ability-motivation-opportunity theory and other theories,this study attempts to explore the impact and internal mechanism of platform leadership on employees’ innovative behavior,explores the intermediary role of knowledge sharing intention and the regulation role of psychological empowerment and harmonious work passion,and construct an integrated framework for the research of employees’ innovative behavior from four aspects of opportunity motivation,ability and emotion.The development level of digital economy in the Yangtze River Delta is among the best in China and is the forefront of China’s digital economy development.It plays a key role in coping with the outbreak of new crown pneumonia and building new economic kinetic energy.Therefore,this paper selects the R&D team members of digital transformation enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta for investigation,data were collected by questionnaire.Based on this,SPSS25.0 and AMOS22.0 software are adopted to test the reliability,validity and hypothesis of 417 valid samples.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)Platform leadership positively affects employee’s innovative behavior;(2)Knowledge sharing intention partially mediates the relationship between platform leadership and employee’s innovative behavior;(3)Psychological empowerment has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between platform leadership and knowledge sharing intention,and this moderating effect further increases employees’ innovative behavior through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing intention;(4)Harmonious work passion has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between platform leadership and knowledge sharing intention,and this moderating effect further increases employees’ innovative behavior through the mediating effect of knowledge sharing intention,and plays a moderated mediating role.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding management suggestions on how to make rational use of platform leadership style to stimulate employees’ innovative behavior.
