The rapid development of intelligent logistics,not only make the cloud computing,big data continuously applied to a new generation of intelligent technologies such as transportation,warehousing,distribution logistics,also led to the change of the entire logistics industry,the method and technology requirements of continuous innovation,not only pay more attention to new technology,new method in multiple practical application in the field of logistics.The strategic position of scientific and technological innovation in the intelligent transformation of logistics industry has reached an unprecedented height.The traditional logistics industry urgently needs to accelerate scientific and technological innovation to break through technological bottlenecks,innovate business processes,and lead the iterative transformation of logistics industry with new products,new processes and new processes.In this context,cross-field,multi-subject and cross-functional industry-university-research cooperation,as a brand new organizational form,has become the most effective way to enhance the logistics industry’s innovation ability and accelerate its intelligent transformation with the cooperation mode of sharing resources and risks.Industry-university-research cooperation is a process of resource integration and reciprocal interaction among logistics enterprises,universities,scientific research institutes and science and technology intermediaries in the cross-field innovation network.The level of cooperation is the basis and prerequisite for ensuring the smooth application of scientific research and product innovation in the field of logistics.Therefore,in today’s rapid development of intelligent logistics,seeking efficient mode of industry-university-research cooperation has become an important path to help the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.At present,scholars mainly use regression analysis,meta-analysis,case analysis and other research methods to explore the impact of a single factor or a few factors on industry-university-research cooperation,to explore the simple causal relationship between independent variables and dependent variables,this simple analysis of“ Independent variable-dependent variable ” can not probe into the internal mechanism of cooperation.The cooperation between industry,university and Research Institute is a complex dynamic process of multi-subject linkage and multi-link linkage,and it is the result of interaction of many factors.Qualitative Comparative Analysis(QCA)can effectively explore the complex interaction among multiple factors,and get the configuration path of high-efficiency cooperation among industry,university and Research Institute.Therefore,this study uses the QCA method,based on the configuration perspective of integration matching,to explore the impact of multi-factor linkage on industry-university-research cooperation.Firstly,this study summarizes and combs the relevant studies such as dynamic capability theory,structural hole theory,technological innovation theory and industry university research cooperation.Secondly,the key factors affecting industry university research cooperation are identified from the three levels of industrial demand side,intermediary enabling Party and innovation supply side,and then the relevant theoretical models are constructed.A questionnaire survey is carried out on29 logistics enterprises,15 science and technology intermediaries,16 colleges and universities and 14 scientific research institutes,and the validity and reliability of the questionnaire are analyzed by AMOS 24.0 and SPSS 25.0 software.Finally,using the qualitative comparative analysis method of fuzzy set,this paper explores the configuration path of high-efficiency cooperation and low-efficiency cooperation.It is found that there are four configuration paths for efficient cooperation between industry,university and research,which are further summarized into three efficient cooperation modes,namely "capital enabling to help scientific and technological innovation mode under the support of data","scientific and technological service activating enterprise absorption mode under the guidance of innovation" and "multi-party linkage to realize cross-border integration mode under the guidance of enterprises".It is also recognized that absorptive capacity is an indispensable key factor for efficient cooperation between industry,university and research.Big data capability is very important in promoting efficient cooperation between industry,university and research.The research reveals several equivalent paths of industry university research efficient cooperation,which provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the logistics industry to carry out industry university research cooperation according to its own situation. |
