Research On Quality Management Upgrading Strategies In Z Inspection And Testing Laboratory

In recent years,the state has emphasized the need to comprehensively improve the level of service supply in the inspection and testing industry,promote quality improvement,and transform and upgrade the inspection and testing industry.To meet the requirements of high-quality development,the inspection and testing industry urgently needs to strengthen the management of the industry and improve its service capacity,service level,and service quality.Simultaneously,with continued market access relaxation,a large number of foreign all-round testing organizations with advanced management concepts have entered the Chinese market,putting domestic testing organizations under increased competitive pressure.As a result,domestic testing institutions should urgently improve their overall quality management,continuously improve their testing techniques,ensure more scientific and accurate test results,provide more efficient and quality testing services to the community,and maintain the testing industry’s quality and safety.The research object in this paper is the Z inspection and testing laboratory.According to the theory of total quality management,the laboratory’s quality management status in internal audit,ability comparison experiment,ability qualification identification,and other aspects are analyzed through field investigation,and then from the key factors affecting laboratory quality personnel,equipment,materials,methods,and environment as the entry point.Compile a list of laboratory quality management issues.To determine the importance of factors affecting quality management,firstly,the evaluation indicators of laboratory quality management were identified through interviews and questionnaires,and then use the hierarchical analysis method to determine the evaluation index weights,and finally use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation analysis of laboratory quality management,according to the results of the evaluation and analysis of targeted solutions to laboratory quality management problems to improve the quality management level of Z inspection and testing laboratories to ensure that the laboratory to obtain a solid and long-term competitive advantage.The quality management evaluation model of Z inspection and testing laboratory developed in this paper finally identifies the comprehensive evaluation result of Z inspection and testing laboratory quality management as average level.It focuses on personnel,equipment,and method problems,considers material and environmental issues,proposes quality management improvement strategies based on specific problems,provides clear directions for the laboratory to solve quality problems and improve the quality management of this laboratory,as well as to provide a theoretical reference and practical decision reference for the quality management of the same type of inspection and testing institutions.
