The quality and safety of meat products are related to the beautiful life of the people,as well as the healthy development of modern agriculture,rural areas,and economy in China.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the requirement to strengthen food safety supervision,and the food production supervision work pointed out the direction for progress.Therefore,it is necessary to attach great importance to the supervision of meat quality and safety,and effectively ensure the safety on the tongue of the people.Conducting risk assessment of meat quality and safety is an inevitable choice for achieving scientific management of agricultural product safety and ensuring consumer safety.This thesis evaluates the supervision of meat quality risk in G city and proposes measures to improve the level of supervision of meat quality risk in G city.Firstly,analyze the quality risks and regulatory status of meat products in G city.Secondly,the influencing factors of meat quality risk in G city are analyzed,and the Delphi method expert survey method is used to construct the meat quality risk supervision index system in G city.Thirdly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the weight of regulatory evaluation indicators,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is conducted on each indicator based on the sample of the survey questionnaire.Fourthly,based on the evaluation results,propose relevant measures to improve the supervision of meat quality risks in G city.The research conclusions of this thesis are as follows:(1)Through the supervision of meat quality risk in G city,it mainly includes regulatory organizational factors,regulatory institutional factors,and regulatory factors of production and operation entities;(2)Through Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation,the level of meat quality risk supervision in G city is not high,and there is some room for improvement in terms of regulatory organizational factors,regulatory institutional factors,and regulatory factors of production and operation entities;(3)The main problems in the supervision of meat quality risk in G city are the low overall supervision level of regulatory organizations,uneven implementation level of regulatory systems,and low supervision level of business entities.Therefore,this thesis proposes countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the overall level of supervision personnel,strengthen trace management,and improve the supervision level of slaughterhouses,in order to strengthen the overall supervision level of meat quality in G city.Among them,improving the overall level of regulatory personnel mainly includes measures such as improving the treatment of grassroots regulatory personnel,improving the composition of regulatory personnel,and improving the overall quality of regulatory personnel.Strengthening trace management mainly includes measures such as fully understanding the importance of trace management,strengthening guidance,supervision and inspection of trace management,and institutionalizing trace management.Improving the supervision level of designated slaughterhouses(points)for livestock and poultry mainly includes measures such as promoting the implementation of various regulatory systems,transforming the work methods of animal health supervision,and strengthening the self-discipline of designated slaughterhouses for livestock and poultry. |
