At this stage,China’s economy is shifting from high-speed growth to high-quality growth.Innovation has provided an inexhaustible driving force for China’s economic transformation.Both countries and enterprises need to rely on innovation to obtain the driving force for sustainable development.Innovation performance is used to measure the value of innovation results transformed through practical actions,and has been valued by various enterprises.With the emergence of some social issues,the public’s demand for corporate social service awareness has significantly increased.Therefore,fulfilling corporate social responsibilities can help employees understand and evaluate the enterprise,enhance their emotional support for the enterprise,and stimulate their innovation motivation.This may become the key to improving employee innovation performance.As emerging economies with market development,new technology based enterprises have a more persistent pursuit of improving innovation performance.At the same time,they lack economic strength and have a strong resistance to fulfilling corporate social responsibilities.Therefore,this article attempts to study the relationship between corporate social responsibility perception and innovation performance,in order to guide new and high-tech ventures to establish a correct sense of corporate social responsibility,while providing solutions to improve their innovation performance.This study based on organizational support theory,social impact theory,and signaling theory,a theoretical model of employees’ perceived social responsibility,affective commitment,and innovation performance is constructed.Affective commitment is a mediator variable,and environmental uncertainty is a moderator variable.A total of 293 valid data were collected through a questionnaire survey of Zhengzhou’s new technology enterprises,and then the data were imported into SPSS and AMOS statistical software for hypothesis testing.The results show that:(1)employees’ perceived corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on employee innovation performance;(2)Affective commitment plays a partial mediating role between perceived corporate social responsibility and employee innovation performance.Among them,perceived corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on employee affective commitment,and affective commitment has a positive impact on employee innovation performance;(3)Environmental uncertainty plays a positive regulatory role between corporate social responsibility perception and employee innovation performance.The above research conclusions are helpful to enrich the relevant conclusions of psychological research on corporate social responsibility perception and employee innovation performance,and provide practical suggestions for enterprise managers to improve internal innovation performance,such as establishing a correct sense of social responsibility,cultivating employee affective commitment,and improving the ability to utilize environmental uncertainty. |
