The Development Of Rural Health Industry In Song Yang County Under The Background Of Urban-Rural Integration Research On Countermeasures

As China enters the stage of population aging and advanced ageing,people are gradually aware of the potential disease risks associated with the longevity era,and are becoming more concerned about health issues and taking the initiative to maintain and promote their own health.At the same time,under the influence of multiple factors such as increasing social mobility,decreasing family size and changing family living style,the traditional pension mode has been unable to effectively meet the growing needs of the elderly,and it is urgent to supplement the diversified social pension services.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,some rural areas are becoming the blue ocean for the development of rural health care industry due to their superior natural resources,profound cultural resources and comfortable living environment.With the participation of multiple social capital,emerging health care models such as health care towns and rural health care complexes have been constantly given birth,becoming platforms and media to promote the interaction of urban and rural resources.Gradually aroused widespread concern in the society.However,as an emerging industrial form,the rural health industry is not well known for its practice type,development effect and difficulties.There is still a lack of in-depth and systematic research on the development of the rural health industry in the policy and academic circles.In this sense,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply reveal the development effect of rural health care industry and solve its development dilemma,which is of great theoretical value and practical significance to promote the integration of urban and rural areas,promote the revitalization of rural industry and actively deal with the aging population.Based on the realistic background of urban-rural integration in Zhejiang province,this paper conducted field visits to typical cases of rural health care industry in Song Yang County,and carried out research along the logical thinking of development status-development problems-countermeasures and suggestions.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of rural health care industry in urban-rural integration.It is found that rural health care industry is developed on the basis of superior natural conditions,perfect infrastructure and advanced health care acceptance ability,under the joint action of national policy guidance,market space development and rural value reconstruction.In practical practice,rural health care industry mainly presents three forms:pastoral health care,traditional Chinese medicine health care and forest health care,forming the characteristics of home stays as the carrier,culture as the feature,diversified service content,industrial cross-integration,and the participation of multiple subjects.It plays an important role in boosting local industry revitalization,conserving ecological environment,ceasing cultural inheritance,promoting community construction,mutually beneficial communication between urban and rural areas,and meeting the needs of elderly care.However,as an emerging industry form,rural health and wellness industry still faces some problems in the process of development,such as insufficient overall planning,prominent weaknesses in business form,lack of professional health and wellness talents,and less integration of digital technology,due to the lack of local awareness of health and wellness policies,unclear industrial positioning,imperfect health and wellness personnel training mechanism,and imperfect information facility construction.In this regard,to promote the further development of rural health care industry,we should adhere to the general idea of taking medical care and health care as the main line,urban-rural integration as the direction,resource sharing as the concept,promote the innovation of health care methods,drive the development of rural industries,and build the space for urban-rural communication.At the same time,attention should be paid to the coordinated development of the elderly care industry and undertakings,the unified development of urban and rural areas,and the symbiotic development of the industry and the original residents.In terms of specific measures,we should strengthen the top-level design,highlight the local health care characteristics,innovate the talent training mechanism,and build a smart health care system.
