Research On The Integration Of Urban And Rural Development In Hunan Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the main contradictions in our society have changed.At the same time,the world is undergoing major changes unseen in a century.Trade protectionism and the new crown epidemic are reconstructing the pattern of global economic and political governance.In this context,promoting the integration of urban and rural development has become the only way for my country to build a modern and powerful socialist country.This article first analyzes the interactive relationship between rural revitalization and urban-rural integration,as well as the internal relationship between the "people,land,money" elements in this process,and believes that rural revitalization is the basis of urban-rural integration,and the urban-rural integration promotes the rural revitalization.Next,it it discusses the status quo of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Hunan Province,and analyzes the results and existing problems of the integration of urban and rural development.Then constructs the integration of urban-rural development in Hunan Province from the four dimensions of urban-rural economic integration,urban-rural social integration,urban-rural cultural integration,and urban-rural ecological integration.Evaluation System.Research shows:(1)The overall level of urban-rural integration development in Hunan Province is continuously improving,with obvious characteristics of time evolution.(2)The development level of urban-rural integration in Hunan Province shows a downward trend from east to west,with obvious characteristics of spatial evolution.(3)The integrated development of urban and rural areas in Hunan Province has significant spatial agglomeration characteristics.Finally,this article proposes that policy formulation must have a systematic thinking and long-term goals;it is necessary to increase support for the development of urban-rural integration in the central and western regions of Hunan Province;it is necessary to accelerate the construction of Hunan Province’s "one core,two sub,three belts,and four regions" areas pattern;it is necessary to focus on the development of the small town.
