"Food is the priority of the people,food safety first",food safety concerns the health of the people,concerns the country’s reform and development,the Chinese government adheres to the people first,attaches great importance to food safety,has always placed strengthening food quality and safety in an important position.Over the years,China based on from the source to grasp the quality of the work policy,establish and improve the food safety supervision system and system,comprehensively strengthen the food safety legislation and standard system construction,the strict quality and safety supervision of food,actively promote international cooperation and exchanges on food safety,the whole society of food safety consciousness improved significantly.Therefore,for food enterprises,the fulfillment of food safety responsibility is throughout the whole process of production and sales,which is also the basis for the survival of food enterprises.However,in real life,due to information disparity and other elements,customers lack access to the data.food safety.Food safety problems are often exposed later through news reports and media exposure afterwards.For example,clenbuterol event,gutter oil event,Sudan red event.In order to nip the food safety problem in the cradle,this paper starts to solve how to control the responsibility of food safety from the source and prevent the raw materials with quality problems from flowing into the enterprise.First,this paper selects the case company,namely Master Kong Holding Co.,LTD.According to relevant information,Master Kong illegally added "gutter oil" as raw material for instant noodles in 2014,and used "keng pickled cabbage" with quality problems as raw material package in 2022.The fundamental reason is that the quality of raw material procurement control is not strict,so that it is pushed to the forefront of the storm.Secondly,An analysis of the company procurement’s source,disregarding food safety,is presented in this paper.responsibility,and according to the reason of supplier selection method,namely the use of hierarchical analysis,hierarchical analysis can combine qualitative and quantitative factors,in the process of selecting suppliers can quality factors more consideration,so as to avoid the enterprise procurement process choose low quality raw materials.Finally,optimize the internal control of purchasing link,greater degree in purchasing internal control will consider food quality factors,thus fully fulfilling the food safety responsibility,promote food enterprises practice food safety responsibility,at the same time promote the long-term development of food enterprises,consumer life and health can also get better guarantee. |
