In recent years,Chinese enterprises have become an important force that cannot be ignored in the world’s international market.Global operation has also become an inevitable choice for companies to move towards a certain period of development,therefore,the internationalization of enterprises has put forward higher requirements for the abilities and resources that enterprises themselves need to possess.As a traditional industry in China,the textile industry has been steadily developing in the past few decades,and now it has become an important industry in the national economy.It not only stabilizes China’s foreign exchange reserves,but also to a large extent ensures social employment issues and promotes the development of the national economy.Therefore,this paper selects Shenzhou International Group as a typical case,and based on the resourcebased theory,uses the Grounded theory method to analyze the factors required for the internationalization development of textile industry OEMs,so as to provide reference for other textile industry OEMs to enter the international market.The resource-based theory divides factors into internal resource factors and external environment factors.Through repeated analysis and refinement of data such as media news reports,video interviews,and enterprise official websites,this paper uses Grounded theory’s open coding,principal axis coding,and selective coding to obtain the results of individual internal factors(employee welfare,entrepreneurship)A factor model composed of four major factors: external connectivity factors(environment,opportunities,social responsibility,customer service)and organizational coordination factors(vertical integration,digitization,equipment,production layout,R&D and innovation,production management mode,and quality).Kozlenkova organized the papers related to resource based theory published in core journals from 1980 to 2010,and summarized 36 types of factors.Among them,employee welfare,entrepreneurship,opportunities,vertical integration,digitization,research and innovation,production management models,and quality were validated in this article,indicating that the research in this article has certain universality.In addition,this article also identified other factors that support the internationalization development of the textile industry,such as environmental factors and social responsibility factors in external factors,equipment factors in organizational coordination factors,and production layout factors.These factors have enriched the research on the internationalization development of the textile industry.Finally,this article draws five conclusions,namely,individual internal factors are the wind vane for the internationalization development of textile industry proxy factories,external connection factors are the auxiliary factors for the internationalization development of textile industry proxy factories,organizational coordination factors are the key points for the internationalization development of textile industry proxy factories,research and development,innovation,and vertical integration are always the same key points,and environmental,social responsibility,production layout,and equipment factors need to be given special attention.At the same time,three major research inspirations were proposed,namely,to play a good role in supporting individual internal factors,to play a good role in assisting external connecting factors,and to build a good position as the core of organizational coordination factors.The research in this article can have certain application value for Chinese textile outsourcing enterprises to enter the international market,enhance the position of the value chain,stabilize the position of the supply chain,and ultimately enhance the added value of the entire Chinese textile industry. |
