The development of automation and information technology has gradually transformed physical labor into mental labor.Knowledge workers are indispensable in both high-tech enterprises and traditional enterprises.The generation and application of knowledge,value creation and innovation activities are inseparable from the participation of knowledge workers.Due to the needs of industrial upgrading and highquality economic development,the demand for knowledge workers will continue to rise in the future,and the allocation and management of knowledge workers flow will become more scientific and reasonable.Knowledge workers have high mobility.The flow of knowledge workers involves changes in the number of workers,cost constraints,feedback regulation of the number of workers through recruitment and dismissal,and the resulting changes in relevant variables.From the perspective of system control,this is a design and analysis problem of MIMO nonlinear system,and modern control theory obsessing many advantages in dealing with this problem.Considering the growth of enterprises and the influence of practical factors in many aspects,from the perspective of system control,this paper mainly studies the construction of dynamic flow modeling of knowledge workers in individual enterprise and group enterprises and how to feedback and adjust to promote their stable flow,and analyzes the impact of practical key factors on their stable flow,which provides a practical basis and theoretical reference for the flow management of knowledge workers.Firstly,for the multiple forms of knowledge workers flow in a single enterprise,a dynamic flow model of knowledge workers is established.Considering the influence of model uncertainties and the cost minimization requirements of knowledge workers of holding,recruiting and dismissing,the quadratic index is introduced and the optimal sliding mode control law is designed.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control law in this paper in maintaining the stable flow of knowledge workers,and compare the control effects of the optimal sliding mode control law and the optimal control law.It is found that under the same conditions,the optimal sliding mode control law has better control effect and is more conducive to the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers.Secondly,for the phenomenon of time delay in the internal job-transfer of knowledge workers in a single enterprise,a dynamic flow model of knowledge workers with time delay is established.Considering the influence of unknown factors on recruitment and dismissal,a non fragile sliding mode control law is designed,which is insensitive to system parameter perturbation and control law gain perturbation.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control law in this paper in maintaining the stable flow of knowledge workers,and analyze the impact of internal job-transfer time delay on the dynamic stability of knowledge worker flow.The bigger the time delay of internal job-transfer,the greater the fluctuation of the flow of knowledge workers and the longer the stability time.Thirdly,for the phenomenon of time delay in the flow of knowledge workers among subsidiaries in the group enterprises,a large-scale interconnected system model of dynamic flow of knowledge workers with double time delay is established.Taking the performance value of knowledge workers as the system output and the current and previous performance value as the important basis for recruitment and dismissal,an output feedback control law with memory is designed.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control law in this paper in maintaining the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers,and show that the internal and external job-transfer time delay is not conducive to the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers,while the consideration of past performance value in the design of control law is conducive to the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers.Finally,further study the flow of knowledge workers in group enterprises.For the phenomenon of time delay in recruitment and dismissal of knowledge workers,and the time delay is time-varying.A random variable is introduced,and the probability that the time-varying time delay falls in each interval is given.In addition,considering the deviation between recruitment and dismissal,the deviation model is introduced to establish a large-scale interconnected system model of dynamic flow of knowledge workers with interval distribution of time-varying delay.A state feedback control law is designed for this model,and a sufficient condition for the mean square asymptotic stability of the system is given.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the control law in this paper in maintaining the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers,and analyze the effects of distribution interval,distribution probability and control law deviation structure on the dynamic stable flow of knowledge workers.
