At present,innovation-driven and coordinated economic development have become a major strategy for current economic development.Collaborative innovation organizations formed by cooperation among enterprises, universities and academic institutions have become an important part of the current economic market. However,in the actual operation of collaborative innovation organizations,we have encountered the difficulties of short survival time and difficult to maintain innovation advantages for a long time.Starting from the interruption events studied in behavioral science, this paper explores the ways and methods to generate innovation incentives for collaborative innovation organizations.Members’ entry and exit is essentially an interruption to the development of the organization. However, its orientation of innovation is beneficial to the maintenance and further improvement of the innovation performance of the organization. Therefore, further promoting the innovation and stable development of synergistic innovation organizations and prolonging the life span and influence of alliances are not only the law of innovation development itself, but also the inevitable trend of the development of organizations to the bottleneck stage. This paper focuses on "equilibrium" of organizational innovation and stability.By sorting out the factors affecting the stability and innovation of collaborative innovation organization, this paper puts forward the key factors affecting the stability and innovation of collaborative innovation organization, and judges the impact of the event of member integration on organizational stability, organizational innovation and organizational innovation performance. To provide theoretical guidance for the practical development of today’s cooperative society.Firstly, this study defines the connotation of collaborative innovation organization and member reconstruction, and discusses how to improve organizational innovation performance with the goal of enhancing the long-term existence and strength of collaborative innovation organization. In the process of organization development, through dynamic member reconstruction,in different development cycles and guided by strategic objectives, member organizations are updated and replaced.Constantly optimizing the membership portfolio iscrucial to the improvement of organizational innovation performance, the occupancy of market position and the realization of strategic objectives.Secondly, identify the key factors affecting organizational stability and innovation in member reconstruction. The stability of synergistic innovation organization is the premise and foundation for the organization to achieve all its development goals.Through the selection of members,to ensure the stability of the organization and enhance the innovation of the organization is the focus of this paper.Starting from the two levels of member reconstruction, this study identifies the key factors affecting organizational stability and innovation, and proves the relevant hypothesis through empirical research. Finally, membership restructuring plays an important role in organizational continuous innovation.By eliminating members with poor profit level, insufficient organizational innovation potential and weak resource base, and introducing new enterprises with strong resource heterogeneity and high innovation level, the membership portfolio is optimized.Under the goal of joint operation, the new portfolio consciously cooperates with each other to improve stability. With the support of resources and technology, the R&D of new products and processes will be expanded. This process is conducive to organizational innovation performance. This paper deduces a path which is beneficial to the long-term survival of the organization and to achieve ideal innovation performance from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
