| In the era of knowledge economy,talent training is increasingly valued by enterprises.How to effectively improve employees’ job competence and ensure the efficiency of employee training is a key task for enterprises.Training based on competency models provides new ideas and methods for improving employee performance and enterprise development.M Company is a leading enterprise in the e-commerce content Integrated marketing communications industry.As a core employee of M Company,marketing consultants’ performance is closely related to the company’s performance.In the past three years,M Company’s operating profit has been declining year by year,customer satisfaction has decreased,customer churn rate is high,revenue performance is not up to standard,and there is a phenomenon of marketing consultants suspected of being unable to match their positions.This thesis takes M Company’s marketing consultants as the research object,and first identifies the problem of job mismatch in M Company through interview method.Secondly,using the questionnaire survey method,it was found that M Company’s marketing consultant training system is incomplete,which cannot enhance the job competence of marketing consultants,resulting in the problem of job mismatch among marketing consultants.Starting from the position of marketing consultant in M Company again,a competency model for marketing consultants is constructed.Through this model,the competency level of marketing consultants is evaluated to determine the gaps in their work competency and the direction for improvement.Finally,a training system based on the competency model is established to improve the competence level of marketing consultants and solve the problem of mismatched job positions of marketing consultants in M Company through training.The research result of this thesis is to construct a training system based on the marketing consultant competency model for M company,aiming to improve the competency and work performance of M company’s marketing consultants,cultivate excellent talents to meet the needs of business development. |
