The core competitiveness of Internet companies is their employees.The high turnover rate of technical R&D employees in Internet companies seriously affects the company’s project management and operation,increases the recruitment and training costs,and even lead to the leakage of trade secrets,becoming an important issue that restricts the development of the company.In order to sustain development,companies need to pay more attention to and scientifically deal with the problem of technical R&D employee turnover.The Turnover Intention is the best variable to predict individual leaving behavior.Firstly,by reviewing and sorting out the literature,this paper summarizes several factors that affect the turnover intention of individuals.Secondly,IT technology R&D employees of Zhengzhou R Internet Company are taken as the research object.The research is mainly conducted according to the three dimensions of psychological contract theory(transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension,including 16 influencing factors),and the model is built on the basis of Price-Mueller.Design the scale of influencing factors,job satisfaction and turnover intention of IT technology R&D employees,and carry out online questionnaires.SPSS software was used to conduct descriptive,differential,psychological contract dimension analysis and regression analysis of the questionnaire results,to determine the relationship between the three dimensions of factors affecting turnover intention and service employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention,and to analyze the main factors affecting the turnover intention of IT research and development employees.Through analyzing the recovered data,this paper draws the following conclusions.R Internet company IT technology research and development employees are young,full of vitality,relatively high educational level,most of them have rich or certain work experience.In terms of transaction dimension,IT technology R&D employees of R Internet company pay more attention to "competitive salary equity,fair performance appraisal scheme,perfect welfare security system and job stability".In terms of the relationship dimension,"excellent working environment,strong corporate culture atmosphere,harmonious relationship between superiors and subordinates and strong team cohesion" are valued.In terms of development dimension,we pay more attention to "training and promotion opportunities,broad career development platform,stable promotion channels and considering employees’ career planning".Correlation analysis results show that there is a significant negative correlation between psychological contract and turnover intention.The higher the degree of psychological contract fulfillment of R Internet company’s IT technology R&D employees,the lower the turnover intention.Finally,according to the results of the empirical study,the paper aims at the turnover intention of IT R&D employees in R Internet Company,and puts forward suggestions from the transaction dimension,relationship dimension and development dimension,including improving the incentive mechanism of salary and welfare and optimizing the performance appraisal scheme.
