| Urbanization is the historical stage that must be experienced in industrialization process,and the basic path of county development.In 2022,the government of Jilin Province will focus on promoting the new-type urbanization construction with county towns as the carrier,accelerating the construction of county industrial parks,and developing characteristic and advantageous industries in counties.Gongzhuling,as one of the top 100 counties in China,is a typical example of county economic development and urbanization construction in Jilin Province.Discussing the situation of Gongzhuling’s urbanization development,analyzing the influencing factors of urbanization development and seeking effective paths for urbanization development are of positive help to the urbanization development of most counties in Jilin Province.Traditional urbanization development takes population change as the observation point,but population aging and labor force reduction have been widespread in Gongzhuling administrative division.Population shrinkage has become the environment that the city must face in the future urbanization construction process.Therefore,the core purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of urbanization development in Gongzhuling under the background of population shrinkage.It can be divided into the following two research purposes: First,on the premise of population shrinkage,draw lessons from previous research conclusions,construct the evaluation model of the urbanization development level of Gongzhuling City and evaluate the urbanization development level to find the existing problems;Secondly,from the point of problem solving,it identifies the specific influencing factors and degree of urbanization development in Gongzhuling City.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part uses literature analysis to elaborate the aging population and urbanization development from the national conditions and national policies,explains the value of discussing the urbanization development of Gongzhuling under the background of population shrinkage,carries out relevant literature review,proposes research objectives and research methods,and determines the research route;The second part and the third part use qualitative analysis to analyze related concepts and theories,and discuss the status quo of urbanization development in Gongzhuling City;The fourth part adopts the empirical analysis method to study the influencing factors of urbanization development in Gongzhuling under the background of population shrinkage.The fifth part is the research conclusion and countermeasures.The following conclusions are drawn: First,the population shrinkage phenomenon has occurred in Gongzhuling City,which is not conducive to urbanization development due to the change of labor force structure.Second,the development level of urbanization in Gongzhuling City has been steadily improved,but problems in the overall coordination of urban and rural areas are more prominent.The level of social and economic development has declined,the consumer demand of residents has not been effectively met,the development of education is slow,and the efficiency of garbage disposal needs to be improved.Thirdly,this study constructs4 categories of 8 influencing factor indicators,including government social management behavior,industrial development,market power and external driving factors.Industrial structure optimization has the strongest correlation with urbanization development.Grey correlation analysis of the government shows that social management behavior is widely correlated with urbanization development.Market forces and external driving factors are clearly related to urban and rural integration,people’s livelihood,and ecological and environmental protection issues.Based on the research results,it is concluded that the key to the urbanization development of Gongzhuling city is to further optimize the industrial structure,adhere to the government’s guidance to the urbanization development,and enhance the market vitality and external driving force. |
