Agricultural cultivation has laid the foundation of the national economy and belongs to the primary industry.Agricultural standardized production is an important guarantee for achieving food safety,a necessary condition for China to face international market competition,and an important way to improve the level of agricultural industrialization development and promote farmers’ income growth.With the rapid development of the edible mushroom industry and the improvement of people’s health awareness,the demand for high-quality and safe edible mushrooms is also increasing.At present,compared with developed countries,there are still some problems in China’s edible mushroom enterprises.Firstly,the small scale,low technical level,and inconsistent standards of the enterprises result in low production efficiency and inability to achieve huge market potential.Secondly,due to non-standard production processes,the quality of edible mushrooms cannot be effectively guaranteed.There has been some research on agricultural standardization,standardization of edible mushroom production,and evaluation of standardization levels both domestically and internationally.However,there are currently few comprehensive evaluations of the production standardization level of edible mushroom enterprises through the establishment of standardized evaluation index systems.Standardization of mushroom production is of great significance for improving the level of mushroom production,promoting technological progress and innovation in enterprises,promoting sustainable development of enterprises,ensuring food safety,and safeguarding consumer rights.To evaluate the level of production standardization work,it is necessary to scientifically construct an indicator system and choose a scientific and reasonable comprehensive evaluation method.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing relevant research on agricultural standardization,edible mushroom production standardization,and standardization level evaluation at home and abroad,the article first defines the concept of production standardization in food mushroom enterprises,elaborates on the connotation of production management in edible mushroom enterprises,and proposes the necessity of production standardization in edible mushroom enterprises.Secondly,by using literature research methods to draw on the research materials of domestic and foreign scholars on the production standardization system and evaluation methods,referring to the principles of indicator selection,the industrial production process of edible fungi,and the content of production standardization in edible mushroom enterprises,combined with the current situation of production standardization in A edible mushroom enterprise and the opinions of enterprise production management personnel,production personnel,and evaluation experts;A standardized evaluation index system for the production level of edible mushroom enterprises has been established,consisting of five indicators: standard formulation and implementation,organizational system management,production process control,production file recording,and achievement of results as the criteria layer,and 16 indicators including standard formulation(revision)and adoption,and standardized training as the indicator layer.By scoring the importance of each factor through experts,Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the indicator weight.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to obtain the evaluation results of production standardization level of A edible mushroom enterprise.Based on the evaluation results,improvement suggestions were proposed,aiming to provide a practical and feasible quantitative evaluation method for the production standardization level of edible mushroom enterprises.Based on the empirical results,it is concluded that the overall production standardization level of A edible mushroom enterprise is "good" using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method,and the final comprehensive score is 4.047.In response to the weak links in the evaluation of the production standardization level of A edible mushroom enterprise,specific improvement and enhancement strategies have been proposed from the aspects of standard formulation and training,organizational system management,production process control,production file recording,and achieving results.
