Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, due to the accelerating pace of urbanization, the imbalance between urban and rural development is also increasing. In order to improve this phenomenon and promote high-quality rural development,China has issued the No.1central document for 19 consecutive years and implemented a series of strategic policies, such as targeted poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,in order to solve the problem of sustainable rural development in China.Analyze and research rural transformation and development from the perspectives of population, land, industry, and society, explore the spatiotemporal differentiation patterns of various subsystems and rural transformation and development, explore the obstacles to rural transformation and development, and propose improvement strategies for rural transformation and development based on the research results The research area in this section is Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning in the north-east.Develop a four-way evaluation system for the conversion and development of rural areas in North-East China:population conversion, land conversion, industrial and social conversion, and calculate third areas north-east from 2000 to 2020;Using principal component analysis and coupling coordination model, this paper explores the characteristics of substrate development and the spatially related characteristics of country change and development in three northeastern areas, and explores the difference in subsystem transformation in areas and overall transformation and development. Then use the inhibitor to test the effects of changes and landscape development. Finally, based on the above findings of the study, targeted recommendations and recommendations for country and development change are recommended. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The principal component analysis method calculates the rural transformation development level and the transformation development level of each subsystem in the three northeastern provinces from 2000 to 2020,and further calculates the respective scores of population transformation, land transformation, industrial transformation and social transformation.According to the data obtained,it can be seen that the comprehensive level of rural transformation in Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2020 is the first in the three northeastern provinces, followed by Jilin Province and then Heilongjiang Province,On the whole, the rural development level of the three northeastern provinces is still at a relatively low level, but it has been greatly improved compared with the previous one.The rural population in the northeast region shows a trend of decreasing year by year. Many northeast people choose to work outside, and the population loss is serious; The limited nature of rural land makes rural cultivated land resources particularly valuable;Social life has been greatly improved in recent years. The quality of the rural population, social health care and infrastructure have also been continuously improved, and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized. The proportion of the gross domestic product of the secondary and tertiary industries has been continuously increased, and the rural labor efficiency has also been improved.(2)The coupling coordination degree model measures the coordinated development level among various subsystems of rural transformation, and calculates the coordination level among population transformation, industrial transformation, land transformation, and social transformation in each province. From the calculation results,it can be seen that the coupling coordination level of rural transformation in Northeast China was at a relatively low level during 2000-2005,From 2006 to 2015,the coordination of rural transformation and development in Northeast China has been improving. It is worth mentioning that Heilongjiang Province was the earliest province in Northeast China to achieve moderate coordination. However, around 2019,the coordination level of rural transformation in Northeast China is in a state of near or slight imbalance.(3)The obstacle model identifies the main obstacle factors that affect the rural transformation and development in the three northeastern provinces. Each period has different influence factors for each province in the three northeastern provinces. The obstacle degree of population transformation in Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2010 has decreased year by year, but the social transformation is on the contrary. The development of social aspects such as health care and infrastructure has become an obstacle to the rural transformation in Liaoning Province,From 2010 to 2020,social transformation and population transformation are the obstacles restricting the development of Liaoning Province. The obstacle influence law of Jilin Province is similar to that of Liaoning Province. From 2000 to 2010,the obstacle factor of population transformation and social transformation decreased, while from 2010 to2020,the obstacle degree of population transformation and industrial transformation increased year by year, becoming the main factor hindering the rural transformation of Jilin Province. The obstacle degree of rural transformation in Heilongjiang Province is more obvious than that of Liaoning Province and Jilin Province,The impact of land transformation and social transformation on rural transformation has been improving since 2000 until now.On the contrary, the barriers of population transformation and industry to rural transformation in Heilongjiang Province have been increasing.Based on the above conclusions, and combining with the common problems of the three northeastern provinces, this paper puts forward suggestions for development and upgrading:(1)promote the local urbanization of rural residents, vigorously develop the economy, further improve the income of farmers, improve the living conditions of rural residents, and promote the combination of poverty alleviation and rural population transformation.(2)Reasonably arrange rural residential areas and optimize the land use model in Northeast China.(3)Strengthen the integrated development of agriculture and the secondary and tertiary industries, strengthen the logistics system and agricultural brand construction.
