| Agriculture has been playing an important role in our economy for a long time.At present,farmers’ cooperatives have been recognized by the government,and many policies and systems have been introduced to support the development of the organization,and their management has become more and more standardized,playing an important role in regional services.Relevant support policies have made great contributions to reducing agricultural operating costs and increasing farmers’ income.However,the organization is still a relatively new industry,and there are still a series of problems under different business models.The impact of income and existing problems,analyze the reasons,and give corresponding opinions.First of all,this paper studies the influence of cooperative management in Lishu County on the income of cooperative operators and the analysis of the reasons.Therefore,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on 100 farmers’ cooperatives randomly selected in Lishu County,including 30 "nanny-type" cooperatives,35 land transfer cooperatives,and 35 mechanical service cooperatives.Through descriptive statistical analysis and econometric modeling analysis of sample data,this paper believes that the variables that significantly affect the income of operators are the education level of the chairman of the cooperative,the number of members of the cooperative,the planting scale of the cooperative,and whether to provide agricultural services.And in the sample area where planting is the main business,land transfer cooperatives and nanny cooperatives can effectively affect the income of operators,while machinery cooperatives have no significant impact.Secondly,this paper studies the impact of cooperative management on farmers’ income and the analysis of the reasons.For this reason,this paper conducted random sampling and questionnaire survey on farmers in Lishu County,and obtained 250 valid sample data.Through descriptive statistical analysis and econometric modeling analysis of sample data,this paper found that participating in land transfer cooperatives and babysitters Cooperatives can increase farmers’ income.And the variables that significantly affect household income are educational level,non-agricultural labor force population,planting scale,planting years and planting cost.In the sample area where planting is the main business,land transfer cooperatives and nanny cooperatives can effectively affect the income of farmers,while machinery cooperatives have no significant impact.Finally,in order to increase the income of agricultural cooperatives and farmers,this paper puts forward the following suggestions on the basis of the above research conclusions.First,focus on cultivating talent teams;second,establish and improve operational mechanisms to effectively protect farmers’ rights and interests;third,fully build a good mass foundation;fourth,innovate financial services and vigorously support large-scale farmland management;fifth,develop agriculture Insurance to help cooperatives avoid risks. |
