Research On Optimization Of Fixed-Assets Life Cycle Management System In Y Branch Of China Post

China Post Y Branch is a provincial branch of China Post Group Co.,Ltd.The fixed assets of the enterprise are characterized by large scale,wide distribution and complex management.This theory is based on the long-term utility of fixed assets,runs through the whole process of fixed assets management,and reduces the cost and improves the efficiency of fixed assets.This paper tries to apply the theory of life cycle management to optimize the fixed asset management system of Y Branch.First of all,through the study of literature,field survey and other ways to understand the business development and management of fixed assets,Y Branch in the formation,operation and exit of fixed assets management problems,and analyze the causes of the problem.Then,under the guidance of the theory of fixed assets life cycle management,this paper puts forward optimization suggestions from the aspects of process control,operation evaluation,incentive and assessment,and information system to reduce the total cost of fixed assets life cycle.Finally,the organization,system and personnel needed to ensure that the program optimization measures.The exploration of the theory of fixed assets life cycle management in Y Branch will provide a new profit growth point and a new management perspective for Y Branch,and also provide reference for the fixed assets management in postal industry.
