A Study On The Influence Of Innovation Cooperation Network Relationship Of Agricultural Technology Enterprises On Technological Innovation Performance

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in agricultural production and gradually formed a number of leading agricultural science and technology enterprises and parks,which have radiated the transformation and upgrading of traditional agriculture,and the role of agricultural science and technology enterprises in the construction of modern agriculture has become more and more prominent.And there is a contradiction between the advancedness of technological innovation and the limitation of enterprise resources in agricultural science and technology enterprises,which requires all innovation subjects to strengthen communication and cooperation and enhance the flow of innovation resources,knowledge and technology through the establishment of innovation cooperation network relationships,thus promoting the efficient use of resources and improving the performance of agricultural science and technology technological innovation.Therefore,this study takes agricultural science and technology enterprises as the research object to investigate the influence of innovation cooperation network relationship on technological innovation performance,and introduces knowledge diversity as a mediating variable to explore the inner connection of the three,so as to provide reference for the improvement of technological innovation performance of agricultural science and technology enterprises.Firstly,this study summarizes the current views of domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between innovation cooperation network relationship,knowledge diversity and technological innovation performance by combing domestic and foreign literature,and proposes the research hypothesis of innovation cooperation network relationship on technological innovation performance of agricultural science and technology enterprises based on enterprise knowledge theory,technological innovation theory and social network theory,and constructs the theoretical model of "innovation cooperation network relationship-knowledge diversity-technological innovation performance".The theoretical model of "innovation network relationship-knowledge diversity-technology innovation performance" is constructed.Secondly,we refer to the existing mature scale and combine it with the actual situation of agro-technology enterprises to construct the measurement items,and optimize the scale with the pre-study situation to form the final questionnaire.Finally,an empirical study is conducted to analyze the direct effect of innovation cooperation network relationships and the mediating effect of knowledge diversity,to test whether the hypotheses are accepted,and to propose countermeasures to improve technological innovation performance based on the findings.The conclusions obtained include the following: first,innovation network relationships of agri-technology firms can positively influence technological innovation performance to a certain extent: there is a significant positive effect of network relationship strength on the innovation efficiency of enterprises,and a significant positive effect of network relationship breadth on innovation effectiveness.Secondly,the innovation network relationship of agri-technology enterprises can positively influence knowledge diversity.Third,the knowledge diversity of agri-technology enterprises can have a direct impact on technological innovation performance to a certain extent: there is a significant positive influence of knowledge richness on innovation efficiency,a significant positive influence of knowledge heterogeneity on innovation efficiency and innovation effectiveness,and a significant positive influence of knowledge dynamism on innovation effectiveness.Fourth,the knowledge diversity of agri-technology enterprises plays a certain mediating role between innovation cooperation network relationship and technological innovation performance.Therefore,in order to improve the technological innovation performance of agro-technology enterprises,the following suggestions are proposed:to implement the management strategy of "near and far" to achieve a reasonable match between product development and market;to improve the knowledge identification ability of enterprises to establish long-term competitive advantages;to optimize the environment of innovation cooperation network and to build an institutional guarantee system.
