Efficient recruitment is not only an important means for enterprises to introduce talent,but also the fundamental reason for them to maintain their competitive advantage in talent.Therefore,effective evaluation of recruitment business performance is a prerequisite for enterprises to promptly identify problems in human resources management and optimize and improve them.This article takes Nanjing RT Company as a research case,uses PDCA cycle theory,combines Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to construct a recruitment business performance evaluation system for the company,and collects relevant data through a questionnaire survey to effectively evaluate the recruitment business performance of Nanjing RT Company,in order to explore the problems and shortcomings in its recruitment business,and then proposes corresponding improvement plans and safeguards.The research shows that:(1)Nanjing RT Company has problems in planning,executing,inspecting,and handling its recruitment business;(2)The recruitment business of Nanjing RT Company needs to be improved one by one in terms of planning,execution,inspection,and processing;(3)The guarantee measures for the implementation of the recruitment business improvement plan mainly include institutional guarantee,financial guarantee,and organizational guarantee.In order to improve the PDCA cycle of recruitment business of Nanjing RT Company,enhance its human resource management capabilities,improve recruitment business performance,lay the foundation for Nanjing RT Company to maintain its competitive advantage in talent,and provide reference and experience for other enterprises that need to further improve their recruitment business processes. |
