| A strong country must first strengthen agriculture,and only by strengthening agriculture can the country be strong.Agricultural insurance plays an important guarantee role in agricultural production and operation.Agricultural insurance plays an important guarantee role in agricultural production and operation..Red dates,as a characteristic and advantageous forest and fruit industry in Alar,play an important role in the development of the Alar economy.The unique natural conditions of Alar provide convenient conditions for the cultivation of red dates,and the red date industry is rapidly developing in Alar.The income of farmers from planting red dates is influenced by the yield,and the yield of red dates is mainly affected by natural disasters,farmers’ management level of red dates,planting experience,etc.Among them,agricultural natural disasters are the main factors that affect the planting of red dates,and natural risks have a certain degree of uncontrollability,which can easily bring production and operation losses to users.In order to further reduce the agricultural risks and losses of jujube farmers,local governments have introduced policy based insurance to encourage more jujube farmers to increase their awareness of agricultural insurance,actively purchase agricultural insurance,reduce risks and losses in agricultural production and operation,enhance the stability of jujube farmers’ operations,and have a profound impact on the stability,health,and sustainable development of the Alar jujube industry.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical research are used to study the agricultural insurance payment willingness and influencing factors of jujube farmers in Alar.In the research,the first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance,research status,research ideas and methods,etc.The second chapter mainly explains the concepts of farmers and date farmers,agricultural risk and agricultural insurance payment intention,and introduces the theories of farmers’ behavior used in this paper.Thirdly,it analyzes the production situation of jujube farmers in Alar and the current situation of insurance purchase.Fourthly,the influencing factors of agricultural insurance purchase intention of jujube farmers in Alar were analyzed by questionnaire.Fifth,the empirical analysis of factors influencing the purchase intention of jujube farmers shows that the education level of jujube farmers,planting area,the proportion of planting income in total family income.The influence of age,the publicity of insured date farmers and the expectation of premium subsidies on the purchase intention of date farmers was not significant.Therefore,it is proposed to strengthen the publicity of agricultural insurance,innovate the publicity ways of agricultural insurance,continue to support the government subsidy policy,and improve the service quality and credibility of the insurance company’s agricultural insurance business.The study of this paper is conducive to providing constructive suggestions and suggestions for jujube farmers to buy agricultural insurance in terms of government policies,giving full play to the role of agricultural insurance,ensuring the stability of agricultural production,enhancing farmers’ production willingness and enthusiasm,and contributing to the stable and healthy development of agriculture. |
