| Social transformation in our current society is affecting both enterprises and their employees.COVID-19 in the recent three years has brought severe influence on social and economic development,leading to the decline of mass consumption.In order to earn a place in adversity,enterprises should adopt diversified means to improve their data,to reduce their own consumption and to finally decrease the impact of the external environment on enterprises.In order to gain success in the reform,enterprises should focus on internal adjustment and enhance core competitiveness of employees especially.Because of changes of the above background,current enterprise managers should pay more and more attention to improving work efficiency of employees,should timely adjustment working conditions of employees and should give more effective trainings to employees so as to finally form the win-win situation between the enterprise and employees.If employees can improve their performance and personal abilities,the enterprise can also achieve corresponding goals,make itself be full of vitality and finally realize its missions.Therefore,the improvement of employee performance is closely related to the assessment performance.The establishment of a sound performance appraisal system and the reasonable guidance of employee behaviors will help promote the development of the enterprise and make it better fulfill its objectives.If X Shopping Mall,as the largest home building materials store in Xinxiang City,wants to constantly enhance its marketing effect and market shares,it needs to strengthen its marketing effect as well as combat effectiveness and core competitiveness of its team.This paper focuses on researching employee performance appraisal system in X Shopping Mall.Firstly,major development situations of the company’s performance appraisal situations at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed and the methods of investigation and in-depth interview are then used to sort out and summarize current performance appraisal system used in X Shopping Mall and to find the internal problems of the company.Researches show that the performance appraisal system of X Shopping Mall mainly has the following problems: lack of appraisal process,unscientific design of appraisal indicators and lack of effective feedback and follow-up of appraisal results.This paper puts forward the following improvement and optimization countermeasures:first,four index structures for departments of X Shopping Mall should be established based on the balanced scorecard(BSC)and key indicator method(KPI);secondly,the weight and proportion of relevant evaluation index system should be clarified through objective management method according to development strategy of the enterprise so as to improve the accuracy and objectivity of the weight;third,performance feedback in the performance appraisal processes should be supplemented and appraisal structures should be further improved.At the same time,corresponding system and management methods should be formulated;sound atmosphere of the company should be created and related performance appraisal training should be carried out to ensure the effective implementation of new systems.The optimization design of performance appraisal systems of X Shopping Mall,on the one hand,can alleviate its difficulties in performance appraisal.On the other hand,it can improve the operation and management level of the company and provide some reference for the performance appraisal of similar shopping malls. |
