Abstract/Summary:
Affected by the real estate economy,the overall household consumption demand of residents shows a downward trend,coupled with the rise of hardcover housing,e-commerce platform,overall home decoration,brand home furnishing enterprises,consumers choose more diversified,home furnishing stores are facing a variety of channels diversion.Faced with the current situation of decreasing passenger flow and sales volume year by year,H home building materials mall started a series of layout and launched a competition centering on home furnishing services.The key element of service is to improve the service awareness of employees and solve problems quickly and efficiently.Performance management,as the core module of human resource management,is of vital importance to improve employees’ awareness of objectives,stimulate their work enthusiasm and initiative,improve the organizational effectiveness of enterprises,and ultimately achieve the strategic goals of enterprises.H home building materials mall introduced performance management in 2014,At present,there are still many problems in the operation process,which need to be optimized and improved.The author in the case of H household building materials market as the research object,adopting the way of combining theory and practice of a strategic performance management theory,management by objectives,key performance index method,based on the theory of balanced score card,through using the method of depth interview and questionnaire survey on H household building materials market researches in the implementation of the performance management status quo,research and analysis the main problems of current performance management system:Performance evaluation index system design is unreasonable,lack of effective communication performance plan execution process,performance appraisal the authenticity and validity of the data cannot be guaranteed,performance improvement of missing links,had failed to make reasonable use of performance appraisal results,etc.,and analyzes the reasons of the existence of problems,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures of performance management system,at the same time,develop a corresponding system,build performance management oriented culture,carrying out performance management related training,from top to bottom in order to obtain the full participation and support,guarantee system for performance management organizations.A scientific and effective performance management system requires managers to constantly improve and revise according to the actual operation of enterprises,so as to form a virtuous circle and play its due role.There are still many deficiencies in the optimization scheme proposed in this paper,which I hope to continuously test and improve in the future study and practice.
