| Excessive workloads,complex interpersonal relationships,increasing environmental pollution in congested cities and the strong impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic have led to increasing psychological,social and health pressures.In this context,the public and academia are paying more and more attention to people’s physical and mental health,and many researchers in the field are exploring the impact of the environment on people.Among them,in the field of environmental psychology,a large number of studies have proved that people in the natural environment far from the city,especially the forest environment,for people’s stress relief and spiritual release has many benefits.However,there is still relatively little research on how the environment affects people’s psychological mechanisms.Therefore,this study builds on the research of previous scholars to continue to explore the relevant mechanisms of physical and mental recovery that people can bring about physical and mental recovery in the natural environment.As the first batch of national forest parks established in Shanxi Province,Wujinshan National Forest Park in Shanxi Province is relatively representative in terms of forest coverage and oxygen saturation.In this study,taking Wujinshan National Forest Park in Shanxi Province as a case study,the literature related to Perceived Naturalness of Greenness,Place Attachment,Perception Recoverability and health benefit assessment was combed,and the relationship model of the four was constructed on the basis of its maturity scale.Use scientific and reasonable questionnaire survey methods to obtain real data of tourists;The results showed that:(1)Perceived Naturalness of Greenness had a significant positive effect on Place Attachment;(2)Perceived Naturalness of Greenness had a significant positive impact on health benefit assessment;(3)Place Attachment had a significant positive effect on restorative perception;(4)Place Attachment had a significant positive impact on health benefit assessment;(5)Perception Recoverability had a significant positive impact on health benefit assessment.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes to maintain the original ecology and return to nature;Focus on the restoration function and improve the attractiveness of the destination two management enlightenment,in order to provide suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of forest tourism in the future. |
