| Bank Z was the first commercial bank to carry out non-financial corporate debt financing instruments underwriting in Shanxi Province.However,in recent years,the underwriting performance and market share of Z bank had risen slowly.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate the development strategy of the next stage to enhance competitiveness.This article analyzed the current status,issues and competition of interbank in the underwriting of banks of Bank Z’s non-financial enterprise debt financing instruments.sorted out the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats by using the SWOT analysis method.Proposed the positioning and goals of future development.Finally,targeted strategies were proposed in the aspects of market,customers,products,talents,risks,etc.The main research conclusions were as follows:Bank Z should continue to give full play to the advantages of customers,funds and systems.And then focus on maintaining AAA-level customers,innovate tool products,open up the green industry,and establish a brand.The general goal of Bank Z’s future development was to promote the underwriting business to occupy other markets by pointing,and realize the full coverage of the business variety of bond market.The ultimate goal was to provide a full range of bond service goals.The external target market strategies were:(1)Focus on focusing on artificial intelligence,5G communication and applications,and other industries with greater development potential.(2)Focus on green low-carbon type and policy-oriented businesses.The internal management development strategies were:(1)Develop a diversified product underwriting strategy by Focusing on customer classification and layered marketing.(2)Cultivate strong professional talent team and Stimulate the internal power of talents.(3)Optimize business procedures and strengthen risk prevention and control. |
