The in-depth implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents in the new era requires not only the transformation of the population into talents,but also the comprehensive cultivation and use of talents.Employee loyalty evaluation is the basis for building a personnel management system,which is not only related to corporate effectiveness and organizational stability,but also to whether talents are well cultivated and used.In modern economic conditions,the competition between enterprises is ultimately a competition for talent,and the quality and loyalty of employees directly determines the degree of attraction and retention of talent.Employee loyalty is not only one of the most important factors affecting the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management,but also an effective way to retain and attract talented people and build a stable and dynamic organization.Therefore,in-depth research on employee loyalty is of great significance in improving the motivation of employees and enhancing the management of the workforce,human resources development management and talent building.This paper uses the employees of Company F as the research subjects and asks research questions through interviews to improve understanding of the real employee loyalty performance,the factors of influence in the company as well as the company’s current status of human resource management.Then,using literature research and interview method to integrate key factors of employee loyalty,followed by a questionnaire survey of working employees,after empirical analysis and management consultation,to determine the appropriate employee loyalty factors.Hierarchical analysis is introduced to determine the weight of each factor,and finally established a model of employee loyalty containing six dimensions and 21 indicators,including basic employee quality,employee development opportunities,personnel relations,compensation system,the company’s own situation and leader influence.The model of employee loyalty includes six dimensions and 21 indicators: basic employee quality,employee development opportunities,personnel relations,compensation system,the company’s own situation and leader influence.Finally,the application of the model in the direction of human resource management in F enterprise is explored by testing and analyzing the level of employee loyalty.The key factors and weights applicable to the evaluation of employee loyalty in F enterprises are clarified;the level of employee loyalty in F enterprises is obtained through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;it is found that employees’ basic personal information has different impact on the level of loyalty under each indicator;and the initial application path of the employee loyalty evaluation model in the self-improvement of F enterprises is found.The study is rich in practical value,clarifying the level performance and main influencing factors of employee loyalty in enterprises,which helps to optimise the human resource management system and also enhance the effectiveness;in the meantime,it provides a evaluation basis of human resource management in F enterprise,including employee selection,training,performance appraisal and salary management,etc.Its research results can also provide practical guidance for human resource management reform in other high-tech service industries.The study also has some theoretical value,the loyalty research object is expanded,the research industry and theoretical content become fuller,and it also provides material for subsequent research in the industry.However,in the subsequent research and application,attention should be paid to the timeliness and adaptability of the model,which needs to be adjusted in time with the changes in the context.
