With the extensive application of information technology in economic and social life,information,as the "first factor of production" in the digital era,plays an increasingly important role in the progress and development of modern economy and society.As a large agricultural country,China’s agricultural economic development has always been a major issue affecting national economic development,and also an important practical issue affecting the survival of many farmers.With the wide popularization and deep application of the Internet,information carriers with mobile phones,computers and other hardware devices as the main media are constantly updated and upgraded.Informatization applications in agricultural production have made many remarkable achievements.At present,the country has put forward the rural revitalization strategy,which conforms to the aspiration of hundreds of millions of farmers for a better life,and also provides a new and larger stage for the development of agricultural informatization.The Yangtze River Delta is an optimized development area in the overall pattern of agricultural development in China,and has an important strategic position.Among them,Jiangsu Province and Anhui Province are both major agricultural provinces in China,and Zhejiang Province is a major Internet application province.At the same time,as the more developed eastern region of the country,the application of agricultural informatization in the Yangtze River Delta started earlier,and the development of agricultural informatization has become increasingly mature.However,due to the obvious regional differences,the development of informatization within the region is still unbalanced.In the future process of agricultural economic development,the region still needs to accelerate the transformation from a development mode dominated by inherent resource investment to a development mode dominated by information technology,so as to drive the rural economy to achieve higher quality development.The main research object of this paper is the Yangtze River Delta region.The main research content is the impact of agricultural informatization development level on rural economic development.First of all,the background and practical significance of this study are described,and then the current relevant literature is reviewed and combed,and related concepts such as informatization,agricultural informatization,agricultural economy,as well as theoretical basis such as information economy theory and coordination theory are elaborated.Combined with the research results on the impact of agricultural informatization on rural economic development,Summarize the characteristics of agricultural informatization and rural economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.On the basis of preliminary description,measure the agricultural informatization and rural economic development level of the region and Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces from 2011 to 2020 respectively.Then,based on the measurement results,a coupling coordination degree model is established to analyze the interaction between agricultural informatization and rural economic development in the region and the impact of various informatization elements on the regional agricultural economic level.Finally,a grey prediction model is established for the coordination of the two systems in the past 10 years to predict the coupling of agricultural informatization level and rural economic development in the region in the next three years.The results show that: First,the development level of agricultural informatization and rural economy in the Yangtze River Delta has been rapidly improved in the past ten years,with a growing trend.Second,the impact of agricultural informatization on rural economic development in the Yangtze River Delta region has continued to improve,gradually optimizing from the initial moderate imbalance to the primary coordination,and gradually forming a benign interaction between the two.Third,the agricultural informatization and rural economy in Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province and Anhui Province have also developed rapidly in the past ten years,but the degree of collaboration between agricultural informatization and rural economy between provinces is obviously different.Fourth,the coupling degree between the agricultural informatization level and the rural economic development in the Yangtze River Delta has improved year by year,but the synergy between the two still needs to be further strengthened.Finally,according to the research conclusion,relevant suggestions are made on the construction of agricultural informatization infrastructure,application of informatization technology,informatization development environment and promotion of coordinated development among regions.This paper hopes to build a system model of agricultural informatization level and rural economic development in this region by collecting relevant index data on agricultural informatization infrastructure construction,agricultural information technology application and agricultural informatization development environment,and combining the development of agricultural informatization in the Yangtze River Delta region in the decade from 2011 to2020,Through quantitative analysis,we found the impact of agricultural informatization level and internal factors on rural economy in this region and Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui provinces,and predicted the coupling of regional rural informatization development and rural economic development in the future.It is expected that this study will provide a clear development path for the future development of agricultural informatization in the Yangtze River Delta,and also provide a useful reference for other provinces and cities in promoting rural economic growth through agricultural informatization development.
