Study On The Measure Of Agricultural Informatization Level And Its Development Countermeasures In Guangxi

The agriculture in Guangxi is relatively developed,but the economic development is relatively backward,belonging to the less developed provinces.After the overall victory in the fight against poverty in 2020,how to accelerate the revitalization and development of rural areas and promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry are the central tasks and priorities of governments at all levels in Guangxi.The development of rural and agricultural informatization and the improvement of its core driving force are important driving forces for rural revitalization,agricultural industry upgrading and transformation,and agricultural modernization.In 2022,the central government issued document No.1,which mentioned that we should continue to promote the construction of data in rural areas.Accelerate the construction and development of agricultural digitalization,take information development as a new driving force for the development of rural areas,and promote the comprehensive construction of industries at all levels in rural areas through the construction of e-commerce and other platforms,so as to realize the development of urbanization,and an important way to increase farmers’ production and income and improve their lives.In order to study the development level of agricultural informatization and the development of rural "Internet +" in Guangxi,the Porat model was used in this study to understand the agricultural development of Guangxi during the period from 2013 to 2020,and the first and second information departments completed measurement and analysis during this period to study the development level and existing problems of agricultural and rural informatization in Guangxi at this stage,It lays a foundation for accelerating the development of rural agricultural informatization in Guangxi and serving the revitalization of rural areas.The results show that the level of agricultural informatization in Guangxi has increased year by year from 2013 to 2020,with an average annual growth rate of 0.4%.By the end of 2020,the development level of rural agricultural informatization in Guangxi is in its infancy.In order to find out the basic situation and development conditions of rural agricultural informatization in Guangxi,this paper uses SWOT analysis to study.The results show that the infrastructure of agricultural informatization in Guangxi is becoming more and more perfect,and has the advantages of geographical location and leading enterprise demonstration to drive development.The disadvantages are the slow sinking of informatization infrastructure,the lack of comprehensive management talents,the shortage of funds for infrastructure upgrading and transformation,and the threat of data isolation,As well as the low level of education received by farmers and the concept of informatization has not been fully established.In view of the defects in the current rural agricultural informatization in Guangxi,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are given as follows:(1)formulate and implement the upgrading and development plan of agricultural informatization;(2)Improve the construction of the organization,so as to ensure that the relevant work of agricultural information can be implemented;(3)Establish and improve the multi-directional service mechanism;(4)Strengthen the training of farmers and improve their informatization concept;(5)Establish agricultural informatization demonstration base;(6)In view of the post epidemic era of novel coronavirus,effective measures should be implemented.
