| To build a learning organization and realize the sustainable development of enterprises has become an urgent need of many enterprises,however,there is no unified and mature path to build a learning organization;In particular,as a manufacturing enterprise in emerging economies,how to build a learning organization in international operation? This paper takes the overseas department of Y Company as the research object to study this problem.This research is based on the learning organization theory,organizational learning and knowledge management theory,mainly using literature research and interview research methods.Through literature research,this paper explains in detail the latest progress of learning organizations in terms of organizational characteristics,measurement tools and construction motivation,clarifies the main research directions of learning organizations in improving internal environment and adapting to external environment,and summarizes the logical relationship among the three theories of learning organizations,organizational learning and knowledge management.On the premise of a comprehensive understanding of the overseas department of Y Company,through one-step interview research,this paper identifies the key problems that Y Company’s overseas department urgently needs to solve in the process of building a learning organization,namely,the internal vision and objectives of the iron triangle team are not unified,the employees’ systematic thinking ability is insufficient,there are serious deviations in the individual learning of employees,the organizational learning is at a low level,the knowledge management level is difficult to support the organizational development and the knowledge management process of overseas return is lacking.Finally,combined with the related theory study,based on the analysis of the problems mentioned,the construction principles and specific countermeasures of the learning organization are proposed to help Y Company’s overseas department continuously improve the construction level of the learning organization in the future international operation.In the process of studying the learning organization construction of Y Company’s overseas department,the following conclusions have an important reference role for the learning organization construction of other domestic manufacturing enterprises: First,enterprises should check the content of learning organization construction and maintain the correct construction direction;Second,enterprises should enhance the achievements of learning organization construction and strengthen the driving force of construction;Third,enterprises which are in the process of international operation should attach importance to completing the process management of overseas returned knowledge.For enterprises that rely on domestic development experience to adapt to international operation passively,completing the process management of overseas returned knowledge is an important prerequisite to build learning organizations,and it should be paid enough attention to by relevant enterprises. |
