Analysis Of Wine Industry Development In Hebei Province

This paper adopts the combined methods of theoretical research and practical investigation, the overall analysis and case anatomy, data collection and field investigation to do research into wine grape industry development in Hebei, analyzes the factors that restrict the development of wine grape industry in Hebei province, and explores the development direction of wine grape industry and methods in order to provide a reference for making the development plan of wine grape industry. After investigation and research in two main grapes producing areas in Hebei: Qinhuangdao and Zhangjiakou city, in the fields of wine grape cultivation, status of Wine enterprise, Wine production(Changli, Lulong, Huailai, Zhuolu etc.), and the paper discusses the development status and the development level of wine industry in Hebei province. Comparing the wine industry at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the existing problems in wine industries in Hebei province, and contends that there are problems such as a serious unitary variety of wine products, and the quality of wine grape to be improved and planting area to be enlarged, local brand suffering from a low local market share, and inflexible local relevant regulations and policies. Aiming at the existing problems, the paper puts forward the basic countermeasures for the development of wine industry, including: enriching the variety of wine grape, diversifying the wine products, speeding up the construction of wine grape planting base, standardizing grape production, initiating the establishment of local brand with the support of cultural advantage, bringing local brands to international markets, flexibly making good use of the laws of the market economy to promote the development of enterprises and regional industry.
