| With the rapid development of the world economy, the role of technology transfer activities in the economic, political and cultural development among countries has become more and more prominent. The technology transfer activities among developed countries have been widely discussed abroad, but the technology transfer activities among developing countries are relatively less studied internationally.Since Chinese President Xi proposed the "Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road" in 2013,namely the "Belt and Road",my country has promoted the construction of the "China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor",making China and Indochina Peninsula countries namely Vietnam,Laos,Economic exchanges between Cambodia,Thailand and Myanmar have become increasingly frequent.Technology transfer activities have become an important topic of research in China and related countries and regions in the Indochina Peninsula.Technology transfer activities are of great significance to technological innovation activities and social and economic development among countries, and the efficiency of technology transfer has become a key issue in judging the effectiveness of technology transfer activities.According to Professor Bozeman’s research on technology transfer theory, this paper constructs a probable effective model diagram of the effectiveness of technology transfer between China and Indochina Peninsula countries from two aspects: the antecedent conditions of technology transfer and the evaluation criteria of technology transfer.China is the target of technology transfer activities in this paper.Through reviewing the cases of relevant countries in the Indochina Peninsula,it is found that the antecedent conditions of technology transfer mainly include the five major antecedents of technology transfer main recipient antecedents, technology transfer media, technology transfer methods, technology transfer recipients, and technology transfer environmental conditions.Based on the probable effective research model of Professor Bozeman, five countries,Vietnam,Laos,Thailand,Cambodia and Myanmar, were selected as the research cases.Using the research method of qualitative comparative analysis of QCA to explore the internal effects of the four major influencing factors of technology transfer demand(TTD),infrastructure(TI),resource endowment(RE)and business environment(DB).And to explore the configuration of the four factors leading to the level of effectiveness of technology transfer between China and Indochina Peninsula countries. The research found that: there is a configuration that can improve the effectiveness of technology transfer, that is,a high-demand configuration that emphasizes resource endowment and business environment;there is a configuration that can make technology transfer less effective, that is,lack of infrastructure and technology transfer; The study provides a policy and theoretical reference for the exploration of technology transfer between China and related countries in the Indochina Peninsula. |
