| With the rapid development of China’s economy and society and the acceleration of urbanization process,the number of motor vehicles increases rapidly year by year,and the parking demand is more and more strong,which accelerates the construction of parking lot projects,but the use of parking lots is not satisfactory.At present,there are few academic researches on this issue.Although there are some researches on parking demand prediction,most of them only focus on quantitative analysis of parking lot in terms of quantity and planning.As a parking lot construction enterprise,only based on meeting the basic needs of users parking,can not really achieve user satisfaction.Through the comprehensive satisfaction survey of parking lots,it is found that with the development of personalized and diversified services in various fields,users’ demand for parking lot is no longer satisfied with a single function,but more concerned about and pursuit of multi-dimensional efficacy.In this paper,starting from the parking service demand,in order to fully reflect the actual parking demand of the parking crowd in the parking lot and ensure the comprehensive and accurate information collected,various methods are used to collect the user demand;the Kano model is used to classify the demand indicators,and the service demand is identified and screened out.Combining with the rough number method,the adjustment coefficient is introduced to obtain the final weight ranking of the parking service demand indicators,Real and accurate response to customer demand has a strong guiding significance for optimizing the construction scheme of parking lot project and avoiding blind construction of parking lot project.This paper suggests that the parking lot project construction enterprises should not only take the parking forecast as the construction basis,but also strengthen the concept of parking satisfaction and parking demand importance as the main design basis for the construction scheme of parking lot project enterprise construction and transformation parking lot project,so that the parking lot project is favored by the public. |
