In recent years,with the accelerated development of global integration and the rapid popularization of the network,the homogeneity between domestic clothing companies is becoming stronger and stronger.How to solve this dilemma and seek a broader profit model is the problem that current garment manufacturers should consider.The construction of enterprise value chain is conducive to the realization of enterprise value,and the connection of value chain and profit model can promote the continuous increase of enterprise profits.The analysis of the value chain refers to the analysis of the cost of each business process and production link of the company starting from the company’s strategic positioning,so as to promote the continuous optimization of the company’s operation and management.The operation and management of value chain activities will have a great impact on the company’s cost control and value creation.Through the study of the company’s profit model,the relationship between the company’s profit model and the value chain can be clarified,and the steady growth of profits can be achieved by analyzing all links of the value chain.Using this method to improve the company’s profitability can promote the company to comprehensively consider its strategic objectives and project operating costs.Therefore,this paper takes Hailan Home as the research object,and uses literature research,case study,comparative analysis,factor analysis and other research methods to review the domestic and foreign value chain,profit model and their relationship,clarify its definition,and briefly explain the theoretical basis used,forming the basic analysis system of Hailan Home’s profit model from the perspective of value chain;Secondly,the case analysis of Hailan Home is carried out.The five elements of Hailan Home’s profit model are analyzed in detail.The value creation of the enterprise’s profit model is specifically analyzed from three aspects of internal,vertical and horizontal value chain.Finally,the comprehensive analysis is carried out based on the factor analysis method to evaluate the effect of Hailan Home’s existing profit model.From the perspective of the value chain of Hailan Home,we can see the problems of the current profit model and improve the internal,vertical and horizontal value chain.The results show that the brand influence of Hailan Home is insufficient,the marketing channels are lack of diversity,the inventory backlog is serious,the customer viscosity is not attractive,the profit model is replicable and the R&D investment is small,.The profit model of Hailan Home from the perspective of value chain should be further optimized.First,establish smart retail and constantly improve the source of profit;Improve brand value influence and strengthen profit points.Secondly,control the inventory scale,speed up the turnover rate of inventory,and achieve a steady increase in profit points;Pay full attention to customer needs,improve customer viscosity,and constantly expand the profit target.Finally,optimize the profit model,improve the uniqueness of the model,and strengthen the profit leverage;Increase R&D investment and maintain a strong profit barrier.
