Research On The Optimization Of RSA Group’s Overall Budget Management System

The service industry of the tertiary industry has surpassed the secondary industry and become the pillar industry of the economy.The proportion of modern service industry in the national economy is also increasing,and the economy has entered the era of service.Overall Budget Management is an efficient management control tool,which is of great significance in resource integration,resource optimization,resource reprocessing,and financial management process innovation.It plays an important role in the formulation of enterprise strategic objectives,budgeting,implementation,control,assessment and reward.But at the same time,there are some problems,such as the imperfect budget management organization system,the lack of budget management consciousness,the need to strengthen the budget management means,the unreasonable budget preparation method,and the poor budget implementation accuracy and so on.This paper chooses the Overall Budget Management as the theoretical basis,takes the big data service outsourcing foreign enterprises as an example,uses the knowledge learned in financial management,combined with extracurricular extended reading,and analyzes how to achieve the enterprise’s management objectives through the Overall Budget Management from the method of combining theory with practice.Based on the study of the development of budget management at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the current situation of enterprise budget research,and analyzes the shortcomings of Overall Budget Management in data outsourcing service enterprises;Aiming at the Overall Budget Management system of small and medium-sized service enterprises,especially for data outsourcing foreign enterprises,this paper attempts to analyze the current situation and problems of Overall Budget Management of small and medium-sized data technology outsourcing service enterprises,summarizes the characteristics of their operation management,and puts forward the basic ideas of optimizing the Overall Budget Management System of small and medium-sized service enterprises,Optimize the process system,optimize the assessment system and so on.Finally,the implementation effect of Overall Budget Management is analyzed.
