| Total budget management is the objective requirement of Enterprise Management in Information Society.The total budget management under SAP system can make full use of modern information technology,provide technical support for managers’ prior planning,in-process control and after-action analysis.The company studied in this thesis started to use SAP system to record economic business in 2019,and implemented total budget management in the 2021.In the past two years,the company’s performance has improved steadily,but some problems have also been found,which lead to the total budget management of G Company did not achieve the expected results.Based on the practical case of G Company,this thesis studies the optimization of total budget management by using SAP system in G Company.This thesis studies the present situation of the total budget management of the company by means of literature study,case analysis and investigation study,this thesis sums up four main problems existing in the total budget management of G Company:first,the lack of effective supervision of budget management;second,the time-consuming and laborious preparation of budget;third,the lack of effective control of budget implementation;fourth,the budget appraisal lacks the effective mechanism.Then,through the analysis of four major issues behind the reasons:first,the total budget management organization is not sound;second,the budget is less information-based;third,slow response to external environmental risks;Fourth,total budget management overemphasizes flexibility.Finally,the thesis analyzes the necessity and feasibility of optimizing total budget management based on SAP system,from the total budget management organization,budget preparation,budget implementation and control,budget evaluation of four aspects of the total budget management of Company G to optimize.The research of this thesis can help G Company to change the total budget management from manual management to information management,and realize the timely collection,analysis,transfer,control and adjustment of the information of economic business activities,make use of the advantage of SAP system,make the total budget management serve the enterprise better,make the total budget management of G Company step up a new step,thus effectively improve the management level and operation efficiency of the enterprise.The research in this thesis can also help other enterprises with similar conditions to optimize the total budget management,for the construction of a total budget management system to lay a solid foundation. |
