In recent years,the competition pattern of my country’s liquor market has appeared hierarchical.The competition pattern of super high-end and high-end liquors has become very clear with the help of brand advantages,and the competition of sub-high-end,mid-end and low-end liquors has become increasingly fierce.As a local liquor brand in Shandong Province,BDJ Liquor Group is facing severe forms in the fierce market competition and needs to formulate corresponding development strategies in time according to the internal and external environment of the Liquor Group.BDJ has encountered common problems encountered by regional liquor companies.The high-end route has encountered bottlenecks in development and cannot compete with brands such as Moutai,Wuliangye and Guojiao 1573;low-end liquors compete fiercely with national brands and invest in advertising,etc.It cannot be compared with national brands.As a liquor company,it is necessary to find a way to solve the problem in the production and sales of liquor.BDJ Co.,Ltd.is also launching high-end customized liquor and low-alcohol liquor types that cater to the taste of young people,but the effect is not particularly obvious.In view of this,this article takes BDJ Co.,Ltd.as an example.First,it explains the purpose of the development strategy research of BDJ Wine Industry Group.Through the summary and summary of the development strategy and the development strategy literature of liquor enterprises,it is determined based on the actual situation of BDJ Wine Industry Group.The research ideas and research framework of this article are discussed.Secondly,an overview of the theories and research tools used in the subject to lay a theoretical foundation for the subject research.Furthermore,the external environment of BDJ Wine Group is analyzed,PEST is used to analyze the external environment,Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the group industry environment;the external environment of BDJ Wine Group is evaluated based on the EFE evaluation matrix,and the internal environment of BDJ Wine Group is again evaluated.Environmental analysis,mainly from the internal environment of the enterprise to analyze the BDJ Wine Group.Including the basic situation of the company,management status,etc.,the internal situation of the BDJ Wine Group was discussed,and the current advantages and disadvantages of the BDJ Wine Group were found.Finally,the development strategy options of the BDJ Wine Group were proposed,and the STP analysis of the BDJ Wine Group Later,the product strategy,pricing strategy,and channel strategy put forward the market strategy combination of BDJ Wine Group from the three levels of cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy,and proposed the market strategy selection of BDJ Wine Group from the two levels of cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy.Implementation,from the level of production and operation,human resources and financial management,proposed the implementation of the BDJ Wine Group’s development strategy to ensure measures.This article hopes that through the analysis and research on the development strategy of BDJ Liquor Industry Group,it will provide certain reference for the development strategy of Chinese liquor enterprises,and realize the sustainable development of liquor enterprises through the implementation of diversification and differentiation strategies,and break through difficulties and difficulties for liquor enterprises.Challenges provide a certain path.
