| Digital transformation refers to the continuous optimization of enterprise operation and management through digital technology and supporting ability.Among them,manufacturing is a key link in China’s economic development,plays a very important role in promoting China’s economic development.The realization of digital transformation of manufacturing industry is the way that manufacturing industry of our country must realize high speed development.With the new development of technology and industry,our country is vigorously promoting the digital transformation of manufacturing industry.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have been a lot of discussion on the motivation and path of digital transformation,but there are few studies on the specific content of enterprise digital transformation and the impact of digital transformation on performance.Based on this,this article tries to base on the perspective of industrial chain,taking Sany Heavy Industry,a leading enterprise in construction machinery,as the research object,to explore the path and effect of digital transformation of Sany Heavy Industry.This article takes the industrial chain theory and smile curve theory as the theoretical basis,and uses the research methods of literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to review and summarize the domestic and foreign theoretical literatures related to industrial chain,digital transformation,digital transformation path and performance.Based on the support of theory and literature,combined with the case,from the perspective of industrial chain,the reasons,implementation path,transformation mechanism,performance and influencing factors of the digital transformation of Sany Heavy Industry are deeply discussed.Finally,this article summarizes and looks forward to it.Through case analysis,it is found that with the development of the digital economy era,the form of manufacturing industry is also changing,and the pattern of each link of the industrial chain and value chain is also changing.From the perspective of the industrial chain,Sany analyzes the difficulties it faces and makes targeted digital transformation by targeting suppliers,internal production and operation,competitors and customers in the same industry.Finally,it makes a comprehensive analysis from non-financial aspects,financial aspects and factor analysis,and finally draws a conclusion.It is found that the digital transformation path of Sany Heavy industry mainly includes the upstream control of raw material cost through suppliers;Midstream improves its competitiveness through intelligent manufacturing,digital control and quality monitoring,and research and development;Downstream is mainly multi-channel marketing methods,improving service quality and customized sales model.The digital transformation of Sany has achieved good results: transforming from business process to integrated industrial chain,from product concept to individuation and from thinking mode to Internet thinking.Digital transformation can improve the financial performance of enterprises and enhance the comprehensive strength of enterprises.In addition,it is suggested that the manufacturing industry strengthen the construction of human resources and digital infrastructure,and build a supporting platform for digital transformation.It is hoped that the digital transformation of Sany Heavy Industry can give the same industry or manufacturing enterprises some enlightenment,find a suitable digital transformation road for their own development,adjust the strategic layout,in order to achieve new development. |
