With the rapid development of economy and the wave of global informatization,the functional boundaries of state-owned enterprises are becoming more and more blurred.Most of the important and difficult work depends on cross-departmental cooperation.However,there are various obstacles in cross-departmental communication,which involve the conflict of rights between peers,the conflict of interests between departments and the conflict of ideas between communication personnel.These problems have a great impact on the efficiency of operation and the unity and cooperation between departments.Therefore,how to establish and promote the effective communication mechanism of cross-functional cooperation,enhance the cohesion of the team,well and quickly complete the task,and then produce good economic and environmental benefits,has become an urgent problem that state-owned enterprises must solve.In order to explore the mode suitable for the cross-functional cooperation of various departments of state-owned enterprises,a systematic cross-functional team management strategy is constructed to enhance the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises under the market economy situation.Based on a large number of literature research and understanding of cross-functional theories,this paper takes the relocation project of JS Company’ s New District factory as an example to conduct a case study.Conduct in-depth investigation and analysis on the operation mode,organizational structure and work content of the project,use questionnaire survey and random interview to find the existing problems in the cross-functional team construction of the project.The problems found include: low teamwork,unclear division of authority and responsibility,low job recognition,poor communication,and imperfect performance mechanism.Then,analyze the existing problems from various management theories and perspectives,propose strategies for cross-functional team construction,and explore ways to improve the effectiveness of cross-functional team management.In order to improve the efficiency of internal cooperation and communication of enterprises,establish efficient management and operation mode of state-owned enterprises. |
