| The intelligent transportation delivery team of Company B is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of comprehensive intelligent transportation projects such as intelligent traffic management,intelligent networking,intelligent highways,intelligent parking,and intelligent transportation.In order to ensure that the delivery team can achieve the ideal business indicators,through research on the evaluation of delivery team goal management,we aim to identify the shortcomings in current goal management and propose corresponding improvement measures,providing experience and reference for efficient delivery of similar intelligent transportation companies.This article adopts research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and interview to study the target management system of B Company’s intelligent transportation delivery team.This article first constructs a theoretical framework based on motivation theory and goal management theory tools.Then it elaborated on the goal management objectives and subjects of the intelligent transportation delivery team of Company B,as well as the current content and methods of goal management.Next,this article constructs an evaluation system to evaluate the goal management of Company B’s intelligent transportation delivery team,and based on the interview results,it is found that there are problems in the goal management of Company B’s intelligent transportation delivery team.Among them,the problem of goal setting includes: low measurability of goals,difficulty in achieving some goals,and low participation of employees in negotiating work goals.The problems of goal process management include: lagging goal adjustment,and lack of monitoring of employees in goal process management.The problems with target evaluation indicators include: sometimes the target evaluation cannot accurately reflect employees’ work performance,some target evaluation indicators are insufficient in quantification,and sometimes the fairness of target evaluation is insufficient.The problems of target evaluation incentives include:target management is not directly linked to salary and bonus coefficients,and target evaluation incentives are not adequately linked to personal development.Finally,in response to the issue of target management in the intelligent transportation delivery team of Company B,this article provides suggestions on four aspects: target setting,target process management,target evaluation indicators,and target evaluation incentives.It also provides optimization measures for target management in the intelligent transportation delivery team of Company B from five aspects: organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee,technical guarantee,financial guarantee,and cultural guarantee. |
