The increasingly competitive market environment requires that the company's strategy development process is flexible,and that the strategy execution process is fast and effective,so that the company can obtain the effect advantage and competitive advantage.The failure of the vast majority of corporate strategies is not attributable to the strategy itself,but to problems in the implementation process,resulting in deviations from results and objectives,and performance and strategy.Therefore,in order to attain long-term sustainable development,enterprises need to develop not only the right strategy but also strong execution strategy and performance management.Effective performance management cannot only improve organizational performance,but also ensure the strategic development of the company and enhance its competitiveness.This paper takes Company A as an example,support elements and execution status of Company A's strategic execution system,and study its crucial role in performance management.The aim is to improve the effectiveness of strategy execution,establish scientific performance management objectives,shape the performance culture,comprehensively enhance the tactical execution of enterprises,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The research firstly introduces the business of Company A,summarizes the situation of strategy execution,summarizes the problems of Company A in strategic execution and performance management,and supports the strategic execution support elements from organizational structure,resource support,process authorization,and performance management.,implementation,assessment and culture for analysis.Based on the above content,build a performance management system,that is,the overall strategy execution as the core,guided by the goal management and goal setting theory,using balanced scorecards and KPI as performance management tools,and establishing performance management through target decomposition and layer-by-layer implementation.Effective mechanism,to create a mission-based performance culture,to ensure the effective implementation of strategic goals.Finally,the effect of this paper on the strategic execution and performance management of Company A is analyzed from two aspects of financial indicators and operational indicators,and suggestions for problems in the company's intentional execution and performance management are given.It is hoped that through the analysis and analysis of the performance management system of A company with strategy execution as the core,it will give some convenient reference for the formulation of relevant enterprise performance management programs.
