Recently,with the improvement of life quality and awareness of health security,the postpartum care center is becoming the first choices for the parents of new born because of its professional and comprehensive nursing service.As the maternity industry is developing rapidly,the amount of postpartum care centers are increasing and industry competition is intensifying.Meanwhile,the technological changes brought by upgrading digitalization make the standardization of postpartum care services that is hard to achieve in the past come true.Now,one of the key points of development strategy for postpartum care enter A is how to use the digitalization to meet the diversified,extraordinary needs with high quality and to develop efficiently.This thesis includes the literature research method,case study method,and the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,which systematically analyses the development strategy of postpartum care center A based on the development of digitalization.Firstly,by the analysis of the internal environment,this thesis mainly focuses on the development status and the main problems of postpartum care center A and uses IFE matrix quantitative evaluation to obtain the conclusion that the internal advantages of the postpartum care center are more substantial than the disadvantages.Secondly,by analyzing the macro environment with the PEST model,sorting out the competitive environment of the industry with Porter’s five forces model,and the quantitative evaluation of the EFE matrix,it is concluded that the external environment opportunity of postpartum care center A is greater than the threat.Then,based on the SWOT analysis,it provides the growth strategy,reverse strategy,diversification strategy,and defensive strategy for the development of the postpartum care center.The QSPM matrix evaluation determines that postpartum care center A should adopt an SO growth strategy and use external opportunities to strengthen its advantages.In particular,in order to ensure that the construction of the center can be effectively implemented,the digital strategic goal and implementation of the postpartum care center A are put forward.The plan includes reconstructing the organizational structure of the enterprise with the help of digital technology,reshaping the operation management model,providing exclusive products and services,building the digital marketing mode,deepening the brand image effect,and strengthening the research and development of digital services.Finally,organization,talent,technology,mechanism,culture,and branding can provide the guarantee measures for the implementation of the development strategy of the postpartum care center.Postpartum care center A is facing difficulties in the process of digitalization.With the above-mentioned problems and challenges,this thesis has carried out the research and analysis to help the postpartum care center A to avoid certain risks,point out the direction for its digital development path,and also provides a reference paradigm for other similar maternity industry enterprises,which has distinct characteristics of the times and practical significance.
