| The 13 th Five-Year Plan period has laid a solid foundation for promoting the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period, the domestic and foreign environment has undergone complex changes, and China ’s agricultural and rural development still faces many contradictions and challenges. The agricultural foundation in some parts of the country is still weak, the area of cultivated land quality decline is large, the ability to resist risks is weak, the rigid constraints of agricultural resources and environment are tightening, and agricultural non-point source pollution is still prominent.Agricultural land is the cornerstone of agricultural development. How to make the coordinated development of agricultural land ecological environment and social economy is an urgent problem to be solved in current agricultural development. This thesis takes Chuzhou City as the research object, guided by the theories of systematics, land ecology and ecological economics. On the basis of collecting and analyzing the relevant data of ecological environment and social economy of agricultural land in Chuzhou City and the existing relevant research results, this thesis analyzes the change of agricultural land use and the development of ecology and social economy in Chuzhou City, constructs the evaluation index system of coupling and coordinated development of agricultural land ecological and economic system in Chuzhou City, and analyzes the coupling and coordination of agricultural land ecological and economic system in Chuzhou City. The countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the coupling and coordinated development of agricultural land eco-economic system are put forward. This study draws the following conclusions :According to the constructed evaluation index system and evaluation model of agricultural land eco-economic system, the coordinated development of agricultural land ecological environment and social economy in Chuzhou City from 2010 to 2021 was quantitatively measured. The results of the main research showed that the comprehensive index of agricultural land ecosystem in Chuzhou increased from 0.37 in 2010 to 0.90 in2021,decreased slightly from 2010 to 2011,and increased fastest from 2018 to 2019.The economic system of agricultural land increased from 0.25 in 2010 to 0.74 in 2021.It showed an upward trend from 2010 to 2017,with the fastest decline in 2017-2018,and then gradually increased. At this time, the increase rate of the ecosystem comprehensive index was greater than that of the economic system comprehensive index. In 2021,the spatial difference of coordinated development of agricultural land eco-economic system in counties and districts of Chuzhou City is significant. In general, the ecological comprehensive index and economic comprehensive index of Langya District and Mingguang City are not much different, and the ecological comprehensive index and economic comprehensive index of Tianchang City,Dingyuan County,Lai ’an County,Nanqiao District,Quanjiao County and Fengyang County are quite different. On the county scale,Tianchang City,Dingyuan County and Langya District belong to the category of coordinated development, and the ecological and economic links are relatively close. In the coordination level,Mingguang City is on the verge of imbalance;lai ’an County,Nanqiao District,Quanjiao County and Fengyang County are barely coordinated;langya District is a primary coordination type;tianchang City and Dingyuan County are of intermediate coordination type. From 2010 to 2021,the coordination degree of ecological economic system of agricultural land in Chuzhou City increased from 0.34 to 0.72,and the coordination type developed from imbalance recession type to coordinated development type.During this period, the coordinated development of ecological economy of agricultural land in Chuzhou City has achieved remarkable results, and the agricultural industrial structure based on planting, forestry and aquaculture has been adjusted. However, there are still some deficiencies in the benign coordinated development mechanism of ecological environment and economic development of agricultural land, and the ecological benefits generated by protecting the resources and environment of agricultural land are not significant enough. |
