ZF Company’s Secondary Water Supply Operation And Management Improvement Study

Urban water supply system occupies a very important position in China’s economic and social development,and whether the urban water supply capacity is qualified or not is one of the main assessment criteria to measure the level of urban modernization.With the increasing urbanization process,many cities use intensive high-rise housing,which requires more and more water pressure,and the most effective way is to use secondary water supply.However,in the process of secondary water supply,there are many problems such as diverse pumping station environment,backward technology of old facilities,and insufficient safety supervision.Taking ZF Company of C City as the research object,this paper focuses on analyzing the problems existing in the management of the second water supply operation.By comparing with the advanced mode of secondary water supply operation management in other cities in China,the paper puts forward the promotion of secondary water supply management and the construction of secondary water supply security system.First,the paper introduces the background and significance of the paper.Secondly,the paper conducted a case study on the operation status of ZF Company,and found that the existing problems in the operation and management of secondary water supply mainly include: many customer complaints,blind areas in the safety supervision of pump stations,and staff service methods to be improved.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems,including: the organization structure and service process is not standardized,the project construction is too fast leading to the absence of management,the intelligent operation level of the pump station is low,the secondary water supply operation service management is not in place,etc.For several times,this paper proposes improvement suggestions on the problems existing in the management of secondary water supply operation of ZF company from four aspects: organizational structure and business process,operation and production management,operation and intelligent management,and operation and service management.Finally,the author also put forward the safeguard measures for the operation management of secondary water supply in ZF company,including the establishment of operation management system;Accelerate the establishment of intelligent operation management platform;Strengthen operation management safety supervision;We will focus on core value management.Based on scientific and reasonable theories related to economics and management,this paper hopes to promote the efficiency of secondary water supply management system in C City to be effectively improved,so as to maximize the benefits of water supply enterprises and contribute to improving the living standards of residents.At the same time,it is also hoped that the research of this paper can be adopted and analyzed by other related enterprises and departments.
