| With the boom of the domestic economy and the obvious improvement of people’s living standards,there are higher material and cultural life requirements presented by the people.The lifestyle and consumption habit of green,environmentally friendly,and healthy are on the way to becoming the mainstream choices in the market.This paper aims to conduct optimization research on the organizational structure under the quality traceability system of M company.On the basis of comprehensively sorting out the company’s internal and external environmental factors,quality traceability system and organizational structure,through the analysis and discussion of the company’s internal management model and organizational structure characteristics,it is proposed: First,study the incompatibility between the company organizational structure and the quality traceability system,the development environment,company development strategy.Delve into the internal logical relationship and the way to optimize the organizational structure by identifying the main contradiction;second,through the methods of dissecting the key points of the quality traceability system,linearizing the quality traceability system coding step,and quantifying the core position adjustment method under the quality traceability system,Improving the quality traceability system suitable for the company;third,based on the fundamentals of the enterprise development,study the method to well apply and promote the quality traceability system in M company through the optimization of the organizational structure,development and innovation of the management mechanism,and the integration and optimization of the job responsibilities and management processes,which also enables the organizational structure and development strategy of M company to have better applicability for the application and development of the quality traceability system.Through the development and reform of M company and the customized innovation of the quality traceability system,it is proved that the quality traceability system and organizational structure adjustment can be organically combined.Based on this,systematically optimize the design of the organizational structure,and guarantee that the organizational structure of M company caters to the demand of the development,pushing forward the quality traceability system to be faster,more accurate and more scientific.Meanwhile,combined with the development status of the entire industry and national policies,the organizational structure guarantee measures such as data empowerment,information empowerment,staff quality empowerment are upgraded,providing constructive suggestions to the development of the company. |
